Tune in to what your body needs at this time.
If it's available to you,
Gently closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths in and out.
Not needing your breath to change,
Just noticing.
Feel the support beneath you and allow yourself to relax into the present moment.
A healthy outside starts from the inside.
When we think about a healthy outside,
We can get so caught up in our exterior,
Or what is showing up on the outside.
Materialistic possessions like houses,
Showing our vacations on Instagram,
Watching the scale to see how much we weigh,
Looking at how many degrees are hanging on our walls.
But nourishment is really about tuning into your internal sanctuary and taking care of yourself from the inside out,
So that you can show up as the best version of you for yourself and with others.
Together,
Let's explore how we can nourish ourselves holistically from the inside out,
Tuning into your unique composition,
Preferences,
And needs.
Taking a deep belly breath in through your nose,
Filling up your lungs completely.
Exhaling out your mouth.
Repeat this a few times,
Allowing your breath to bring you into the present moment.
Feel your mind and body settling from activity into stillness.
Bring your attention to the top of your head,
And slowly scan down through your body,
Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.
As you breathe in,
Imagine drawing in nourishment.
And as you breathe out,
Releasing any tension.
Continue this gentle scan all the way down to your toes,
Inviting relaxation and awareness to every cell of your body.

How do you nourish yourself from the inside out?
Think about the foods you eat,
The relationships you engage in,
And the ways you move your body.
What feels true and nourishing to you?
Tuning into your unique compositions,
Preferences,
And needs.
Asking your heart,
How can I nourish myself completely and fully?
How can I be,
Embody,
And show up as the best version of me?
Consider all aspects of your life,
Physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
And spiritual.
What small steps can you take?
Even with the capacity you may have right now,
Can you commit to one thing?
Choose one thing.
Imagine yourself engaging in this activity that nourishes you.
Maybe it's eating foods that energize and heal,
Or connecting with people who uplift and support you.
Maybe it's moving your body in ways that feel joyful and freeing.
Visualize yourself radiating health,
Vitality,
And happiness from the inside out.
Taking a deep breath in.
Filling yourself with nourishing energy as you raise both hands above your head,
Stretching.
And as you exhale,
Gently shaking your hands as you return your hands to your lap.
Releasing any remaining tension or stuck energy.
Bringing some gentle movement to your fingers,
Your toes.
Floating both hands to rest on top of your heart.
Acknowledging the love and nourishment within.
And acknowledging all emotions and all experiences that you carry.
Because all of you matters.
