Welcome to your guided meditation for inner beauty.
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting,
Lying,
Or going for a walk.
If it feels appropriate,
Gently floating your eyes closed.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you inhale,
Allowing light to fill your body.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any tension.
Another deep breath in.
And on your exhale,
Allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Ralph Waldo Emerson says,
Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful,
We must carry it with us,
Or we find it not.
This quote reminds us that true beauty comes from within.
And today,
We'll explore the beauty that resides deep inside each of us.
Begin by bringing your awareness to your physical body.
Feel the weight of your body against the surface beneath you,
Noticing any areas of discomfort or tension.
And with each breath,
Imagine releasing that tension,
Allowing your body to relax more deeply.
Now imagine a warm,
Gentle light glowing at the center of your being.
This light represents your inner beauty,
The essence of who you are.
With each breath,
Feel this light expanding,
Filling your entire body with its radiant warmth.
As this light grows,
Notice how it illuminates the beauty from within.
Feel a sense of peace and contentment as you connect with your true essence.
You are inherently beautiful,
Just as you are in this present moment.
Take a moment to reflect on three things that you are grateful for about yourself.
They could be qualities,
Experiences,
Or moments that make you feel beautiful.
Allow these feelings of gratitude to fill your heart and amplify the light of your inner beauty.
As we come to the close of this short meditation,
Know that you carry this inner beauty with you,
Always.
Whenever you need to reconnect,
Simply take a few deep breaths and remember the light that shines within.
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Floating both hands to rest on top of your heart.
As you inhale,
Acknowledging the beauty and love within.
As you exhale,
Acknowledging your emotions and your experiences,
Because all of you matters.
