So let me sit quietly and once again relax the body.

And this time I start my meditation from a place of freedom.

Having let go,

I can feel light,

I can feel free.

And this gives me the ability to move on,

To move ahead.

And one of the things that helps me to move ahead in my life is knowing that phases come and go.

As I move forward in life,

People move in and move out,

Situations pass,

But I keep moving ahead.

And so I keep in mind that I,

The spirit,

The soul,

The being in this body,

Am on a journey.

And nothing stays forever except for me being with me.

And so having left the past behind,

Having put aside all the unnecessary thoughts and feelings that keep coming into my mind,

I can slowly prepare to move ahead,

To move on from one space to another.

And I prepare myself internally because the direction I move in totally depends on my inner state of being,

My consciousness.

And so I ask myself,

What is it that you want to see in your future?

Where is it that you're heading to?

Because before I can move ahead,

I need clarity.

What is it I want to feel in the future?

What sorts of thoughts are going to help me to be stable,

To remain peaceful,

And to be happy?

What sorts of thoughts are going to help me to remain stable,

To be peaceful,

And to be happy?

And how can I keep creating these thoughts so that nothing takes them away from me,

And the old feelings don't come up again and again?

Once you have created positive thoughts in your mind,

Then just feel them.

Create pictures in your mind that represent these thoughts.

So if you want to feel peaceful,

Maybe the picture of the ocean,

Totally serene and calm.

If you want to feel happy,

Maybe a flower garden,

Or children playing in a park.

Create pictures,

Create words to help you hold this feeling of where you want to be in the future.

The more I can feel these positive emotions right here,

Right now,

The more I can take them with me and move ahead into that dream.

I need courage to move on.

I need courage to be different.

I need courage to keep my heart strong,

And to keep positivity flowing through my consciousness.

So the more experiences I have,

With positive thoughts,

With uplifting thoughts,

With thoughts that help me move towards a brighter future,

The easier it is to hold that courage.

And so today I choose to move into the next chapter of my life.

I've left the old behind.

I've left worry behind.

And I move on.

And as I move on,

My entire world moves on.

This effect of my change will ultimately reach out to everyone I know,

And will have an impact on everything that happens in my life.

The importance of consistency in my courage helps me to keep walking ahead and not looking back.

Let me allow myself to keep flying and to stay free,

To stay worry-free,

As I turn and keep my eyes set on the future.

A positive future,

An optimistic future,

A future where there is hope and there will be solutions.

I just hold these visions of positivity,

These images of courage that help me move forward for a few more minutes.
