This meditation will help you to wake up with grace,
With ease,
Mindfully,
So that your day remains peaceful.
If you practice this meditation for a week every day,
You'll notice how your consciousness shifts and how your day becomes more focused,
Relaxed and full of positive energy.
So allow yourself to gently become aware of all the different energies that make up your life.
Be aware of your physical energy,
The physical body.
Be aware of how you breathe when you wake up and how that breath of life is what keeps the body alive.
Be aware of all the different energies that work together in your physical body.
For you to stay healthy and to be able to carry on with your daily activities.
And now,
Be aware of your mental energy,
The energy that allows you to think and feel and know the world around you.
Just be aware.
Be mindful of your mind.
And now be aware of the energy of your spirit,
The energy that allows you to be the energy of life.
The energy that makes a living being.
The spirit is me.
The spirit is me.
The real me.
It is the one who is waking up now.
Be aware of who you really are.
Be aware of who you are.
And now allow yourself to align all of your energies,
The mind,
The body and the spirit.
Align all three.
Allow them to work together.
For this,
Take up one positive quality,
A positive thought or feeling.
And gently breathe that into your body.
Breathe it into your being so that you become it.
You may wish to breathe in peace.
Or you may wish to breathe in love.
Whichever quality you choose,
Just breathe and fill yourself and align the various energies of your life to this one quality.
This is who you really are.
And this is what you will be today.
Just be.
Just breathe.
And relax into the feeling of your special quality.
When I wake up in the morning,
That time of transition,
Is the time to create a foundation for the day.
It's the time to bring your purest intentions into your life.
By remembering them,
By feeling them.
They create a foundation for the rest of your day.
So ask yourself,
Who do you want to be today?
How do you want to be today?
Because of what energy would you like to interact?
And what memories and impressions would you like to leave in the hearts of others today?
And now,
Having aligned all your energies,
Having brought a beautiful intention into your mind and heart,
Gently open your eyes.
And welcome this new day with goodness,
