The Guide

Allow the Supreme Guide to lead you onto the path to goodness and learning. This meditation sees the Supreme as my helpful Guide in times of trouble when I need that direction and support. Only that true guidance can take me to my purest, most elevated state.

In today's meditation I will remember the One Supreme Who is my guide As I journey through life He helps me to navigate Through the many challenges And difficulties And if I stay connected with the guide There can never be any confusion or sorrow I am the traveller on this journey of life A journey with many twists and turns And the guide is like a light That puts light on the path A light that is like a lighthouse And tells ships to avoid danger A guiding light like the stars in the sky That helps us to work out our destination So I, The travelling light on this earth The spark of consciousness Connect my mind And I connect my heart To His light And when my light meets His Then I am like a child Who puts His hand in the hand of His parent With complete faith Complete trust That the parent will always be there To direct me, To advise me To care for me In case I step off the path The guide is always ready To show me the right way But I need to be open to listen I need to be quiet inside I need to be still So that when I connect The guide can offer me directions And I can feel what He is trying to say Allow yourself now to connect Light to light Your light You the light of consciousness And allow your mind to go upwards to the supreme light And just see this thread of connection Feel the connection And allow the guide to know that you are ready To be taken wherever he would like you to go The supreme guide will only take me To a place of safety The supreme guide Always protects me from harm, From pain He reminds me that I'm just a traveller on this earth Just a guest for a short while And that very soon the journey must come to an end And then all that will be left Will be me with Him All I need to do is to allow Him to guide me in the right direction To put every foot into His footsteps To follow the right path To allow His light To keep me away from harm So that I can then help others by being their light If I stay connected with the guide the journey becomes so much easier Let me have faith, Let me trust So that the guide can take charge of my life And let me just be that child who follows at every step So that the guide can take charge of my life So that the guide can take charge of my life So that the guide can take charge of my life
