Welcome to Wellness For Life.

My name is Melanie and I will be your guide and companion during this meditation.

Today's affirmations are all about women.

I say women in the title of this affirmation meditation because being a woman is part of who I am.

However,

To not place labels on people,

I invite you all to enjoy this meditation with an open heart with how you want to see it,

Title it or not.

And so,

I invite you to sit in a comfortable position and visualize your go-to spot of relaxation.

Maybe this place is the beach or walking through a beautiful forest or watching the water flow through river rocks or simply sitting comfortably at your home.

Take time to see the colors that surround you,

The sounds that dance around you,

The smell,

Even the taste of your go-to relaxation spot.

How do you feel?

Invite you now to take three deep cleansing breaths.

All you will need to do is listen and internally repeat the affirmations a few times and observe what is there.

Take this time to let your conscious and subconscious mind feel free to do whatever arises during these affirmations.

Don't focus too much on what comes up,

Welcome it and let it go if need be.

So,

Close your eyes and take time to find internal stillness within you.

Release any physical tension in your body and take time to relax.

At the end of the affirmations,

Soft music will continue to play to allow yourself a few more moments of silent meditation.

During this affirmation meditation,

I would invite you to take a close look and listen to what is present after each affirmation.

There are days where some of these affirmations will resonate with you,

Make you smile,

Make you cry,

Make you feel sad,

Uneasy.

What is important during this meditation is to acknowledge these emotions and these feelings.

Maybe this will remind you of someone or an experience where it may not make sense at all.

If you're connected to your heart,

Your soul,

Let your body express what needs to be expressed with love and kindness for yourself.

Your mind may want to avoid,

Flee some of these emotions and that's okay.

Just keep in mind that sometimes these feelings may come back to you as if to say,

Listen to me,

Letting you know that something needs to be addressed.

A time to let go,

Release and forgive.

So let's begin.

I am a beautiful soul.

I am powerful.

I no longer judge myself or others.

I am kind and strong.

I am beautiful.

I take time to reflect on situations that make me uneasy.

I choose happiness.

I am forgiving and I forgive.

I embrace my body with self-love.

I take up space to exist in this world.

I am smart.

I remove the masks of my own.

I remove the masks of multiple personas and wear myself proudly with all the people I encounter.

I choose to stay silent.

I choose to stay silent,

Listen to those who need to utter words,

Whether it may be positive or negative and I hear them.

I smile.

I let go of always trying to be right.

I can be vulnerable.

I deserve respect and loyalty.

I am authentic.

Truth is important to me.

I support other women.

Jealousy is no longer part of me.

I am worthy.

I voice my opinion with kindness.

I cry if I need to cry.

I do not judge others or myself.

I am the creator of me.

I give myself time to mourn.

I love me.

I love myself.

I am a beautiful soul.

I am powerful.

I no longer judge myself or others.

I am kind and strong.

Take a deep cleansing breath.

I invite you to open your eyes.

Bring awareness back into your body.

You are here now in this present moment.

Smile.

Thank you for taking part in this affirmation meditation.

Please let me know how this went for you in the comment below or by emailing me.

I would encourage you to listen to this every day or at any moment your soul desires it.

Namaste.
