Connection to the self, connection to the source energy. Welcome to this mediation. Release the need to know what has past and what is to come. You are in the now, in the passing of time from moment to moment. This moment is so fresh and so new, there cannot be one like it before. This moment cannot be repeated again after. Feel this sense of existence, feel “I AM”, but add no story to it, no continuity.

Hello,

My name is Melanie Kiss.

I'm a health and wellness coach using an NLP and Bon Am approach,

Guiding people to expand their connection with mind,

Body,

And soul using science and spirituality for them to live their best lives with inner peace and happiness connected to their true nature.

Let's begin.

Welcome.

Welcome to this session of meditation connecting to the source.

Let's assume a posture where our head,

Neck,

And chest all fall into a straight line.

Close your eyes and direct our awareness towards our senses.

What do we smell?

What are we touching?

What sounds occupy the space around us?

As you focus on the space around you,

You become more aware of the space you occupy within this larger space.

You become aware of the separation,

The points of contact.

You become more aware of your body and the energy exchange between it and the surroundings.

Now let us settle into this space,

Both of the body and what lies outside it.

And allow ourselves to feel safe and secure in this space today.

Let go of any resistance to being in the present,

To approach this session with no expectations,

Only acceptance.

You're aware of your body now.

Your senses are here and they are functioning without your assistance.

Your breath is moving by its own law.

You are simply here,

Not doing anything at all,

Not about to do something.

Just dwell in the simple knowing I'm here.

Release the need to know what has passed and what is to come.

You are in the now,

In the passing of time from moment to moment.

This moment is so fresh and so new,

There cannot be one like it before.

This moment cannot be repeated again after.

Feel this sense of existence.

Feel I am.

I am.

But add no story to it,

No continuity.

Allow what appears to appear.

Allow what disappears to disappear.

Something comes and goes.

Sound comes and goes.

Smell comes and goes.

You're not attaching yourself to these since you're always in the process of transformation,

Always moving from one moment to another,

From one happening to another.

Your thoughts come to you and you observe them.

Welcome and move on.

Your identity is not attached to these thoughts.

You're simply a part of existence.

Your breath is the anchor to this existence.

And so we focus on our breath again.

Breathe in and out now through your nose,

A full deep breath in.

Your chest heaves up and falls down.

Breathe in again,

Bring your focus to the middle of your chest and breathe out.

Breathe in this time as you were breathing from your heart and breathe out.

Breathe in the energy of the universe and feel your whole body ripple in this energy.

Now each time you breathe out,

Breathe out all the things which keep you from experiencing this connection to the source energy.

Breathe out all the separateness,

All the feelings of unworthiness and smallness,

All the exhaustion and discomfort,

All the fear and restlessness,

And finally all the attachment to your pain.

Breathe it all out.

Let it go.

Now I invite you to breathe in universal wisdom and breathe out all the sense of doubt.

Just feel your body sinking into this generous present moment.

There's nothing to come that could give you anything you do not already have.

Here when in tune with your breath and in alignment with the source energy flowing through you,

When in deep gratitude of the ever expanding consciousness of your soul,

Here you are at the height of your being.

Here you are truly experiencing your being.

You are present and you are attentive to the energy,

The energy fields around you.

You are observant of your thoughts and you are intentional about your feelings.

You are awareness.

Awareness is you.

How simple and natural is this?

Now when you are ready,

You may open your eyes if you wish to do so.

Otherwise you could sit here quietly in the present moment.

Part of your vibration.
