A lightly led practice for regular meditators, with extended periods of silence and just enough guidance to support us to get in touch with what we're noticing in direct experience - feelings, thoughts, emotions, memories, images - as we connect with an attitude of metta (loving-kindness) towards ourselves, others and the world. We begin by establishing the posture and inviting all our different parts into our awareness, getting curious about how we're relating to ourselves just now. Then we get in touch with our own wish to be well, happy, free from suffering, and fully awake to who and what we truly are. Finally, we extend our well-wishing to a good friend and the whole world.
