Great for the train home. Bodily sensations....I could feel the shirt of the passenger next to me. Such a beautiful awareness of its softness. Thanks.

Beautiful, clear, direction. Appreciate especially the lovely “pregnant pauses” between the words where their suggestion can be drifted into and explored in remarkable attentive silence. 🪷✨💖🙏🏾💕🕉️

Remarkable revelatory talk. So fascinating to witness such wisdom on the breath coming directly from the retreat participants, so thank you for sharing this beautiful question/ answer journey and for clearly repeating their responses as you know that not everyone can “make out” what a particular individual is saying across the room! Wonderful intimacy. Grateful blessings from the forest of New Mexico. 🪷♾️🕉️🙏🏾☸️💕

Really powerful and thorough exploration of otherness and inclusivity through Buddhist philosophy . I was having a challenging morning after sleep broken by nightmares. I searched lgbtq support and feel my mind is now blessedly blown in a loving brave, and beautiful manner. Thank you so much. Bless Us All as we move forward together to maintain compassion for ALL and commitment to peace amongst those creating separation and destruction . I shall return to this for study. 🪷♾️🙏🏾💖♾️🕊️☸️🪽🕉️

I really enjoy this meditation. I got really curious about noticing the subtle sensations of breathing, and the teaching on the basic mechanics of how the body breathes really helped me stay with the breath.

I responded really well to how this meditation is led, with a gentle and helpful exploration of the body before moving into a more focused awareness of the body breathing. I found it calming and grounding.

I love this meditation and have been using it on repeat. Singhashri gently and kindly holds a space that allows you to find stillness and space no matter where you are. It’s a straightforward practice, but not always easy, and my experience is different every time. It feels a bit like coming home.

Nicely guided. It guided, while still leaving lots of room for me to make it personal.
