Has a Master’s Degree in Physical Education M.P.E. In addition, I studied Guided Imagination and N.L.P for Therapists. I have been practicing meditation for about 20 years at: Satya Sai Baba's ashram, Guenca Gi-Vipassana, & more recently I have studied and practiced classical Buddhism under the guidance of Lama Dvora. I have trained both children and adult-pensioners. In my classes, I incorporate meditation that includes guided imagination. I hope you will get the most out of these meditations.
