A short 10-minute guided meditation to help you ground yourself in the present moment, to help with relieving stress or anxiety and help to focus on bringing the mind, body, and spirit into alignment. This meditation can be done sitting in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, eyes closed, and turning your attention inwards.
