So sitting down with your feet flat on the floor.
Just notice your breath flowing in and out gently.
Notice your body and all parts touching the chair beneath you.
Notice how you are feeling.
Notice your emotions.
Stepping back and observing them.
Where are they in your body?
What color could you imagine this emotion is?
Don't judge the emotion.
Just simply breathe into the color and the emotion.
Experience the emotion as a wave coming and going.
You are not your emotions.
Describing your mind,
Your emotion using I feel instead of I am.
Remind yourself I am safe.
I know this will pass.
I know I am okay.
Don't judge your emotion or yourself.
And repeat silently or out loud.
Even though I feel I love and accept myself deeply and completely.
Even though I feel I love and accept myself deeply and completely.
Even though I feel I love and accept myself deeply and completely.
And come back to your breath.
Notice the rise and fall of your belly or chest.
Now take a deep breath in and exhale fully out through your mouth with a big sigh of relief.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Imagine you have roots coming from the soles of your feet.
And growing down deep into the earth.
Right down to the center of Mother Earth.
And there there is a beautiful crystal just for you.
And your roots wrap themselves around this crystal absorbing all of its energy.
And you breathe up through your roots and up into your body,
This beautiful energy.
Feeling every cell of your mind and body.
Breathing up into your body,
Filling your body and mind with this beautiful energy.
Breathing out anything that no longer serves you,
Letting it go.
Allowing yourself to be fully present with every breath as this beautiful energy fills the mind,
Body and soul.
And just sit quietly in this energy,
No sussing,
Absorbing and allowing yourself this peace.
Calm for the next little while.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes and feel grateful.
