This is a gentle 15-minute guided healing meditation to clear, cleanse, and release on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Breathing out letting go of anything that no longer serves you. Bathing the mind, body, and spirit in this divine white light. So relaxing and renewing.

Get comfortable now in a quiet location.

Sit with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting in your laps with the palms up and open.

Having your feet on the floor helps you to root in the earth.

Having your palms up and open indicates your willingness to receive.

Now simply notice your breathing.

Follow your breath as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Breathe in and out easily and gently.

Take several easy gentle breaths now.

Simply just being aware of that beautiful breath.

Following your breath as you breathe in and you breathe out deeply and completely.

Giving yourself permission to let go even if it's just for this moment.

Now silently set an intention that you will be able to clear,

Cleanse and release anything that is out of alignment with your highest good and no longer serves you.

With this intention you allow yourself and your energy to be cleared and cleansed from your mind,

Body and spirit.

Now I'd like you to imagine,

Visualize or just believe that you are breathing in wonderful white light.

This white light is filling all the layers of your energy,

Physically,

Emotionally,

Mentally and spiritually.

Just notice how it feels as this white light fills you completely.

And every time that you breathe out,

Imagine that you are releasing easily and gently.

You let go of anything that no longer serves you.

You let go of anything that is ready for release.

You just let go.

As you continue noticing the breath and imagining or sensing the light as you breathe in.

And you focus your attention on the physical body now.

And allowing anything from the physical to be released,

Any pain or discomfort.

Just notice the physical area through the mind.

Allowing yourself to be brought to that area gently and easily.

Imagine the white light filling up this area and as you breathe out you let go,

Gently and easily.

Chop!

And now gently bring your attention and focus to your emotional energy,

How you are feeling in this moment.

And allowing any emotions that are present to come to the surface gently and easily.

Acknowledging and accepting the emotion that is present.

And again breathing the white light into this emotion.

And helping or allowing you to just let this emotion go gently and easily.

And now just let this emotion go gently and easily.

And now we move on.

To our mental energy.

And again with our attention and focus,

Bringing to the surface our fears,

Our doubts and worries.

And as we breathe in that white light,

We allow all of them to be carried away on the out-breath,

Letting them go and letting them flow.

Even if it's only for this short time,

We let go.

And then gently we move on to our spiritual energy.

The deepest part of us.

And imagine this light filling us up and surrounding us into our beautiful energy.

Remembering our essence of who we truly are,

Much more than just the physical.

And as we do this,

We clear all the layers and all the levels.

Breathing in the light deeply and breathing out,

Letting go.

And all the time affirming your intention that you are clearing and cleansing your energy fields.

Of anything out of alignment for your highest good.

Anything ready for release and anything without use to you any longer.

Easily,

Gently and completely.

Remember,

Easily,

Gently and completely.

Just continue breathing gently,

Drawing that beautiful white light in and around you.

And with every out-breath,

Letting go,

Deeply and completely.

You are bathing the mind,

Body and spirit in this beautiful cleansing light.

Clearing your energy of all heaviness.

Just let go.

Allow yourself to be filled and surrounded with this beautiful light.

And with every out-breath,

Letting go.

And with every out-breath,

Letting go.

And with every out-breath,

Letting go.

And with every out-breath,

Letting go.
