A one-hour-long guided Angelic Healing Meditation allows you to relax in a safe environment as Sharon and your Angels work with you to release negative attachments and bring in the beautiful love and healing that you deserve or need at this moment. We work with the Archangels in the meditation to unfold our life purpose on this Earth and to realize our full potential on all levels. Take this time as a gift to yourself.

Welcome to the Angelic Healing Meditation with Sharon Fitzmaurice.
Create a beautiful and peaceful space for yourself for this healing journey.
Find a comfortable place to lay down or sit down,
Light a candle and make sure you are warm and comfortable.
Observe your breathing now,
Allowing it to settle into a gentle rhythm.
As you observe your breathing,
Become aware of your body and how it feels.
Not judging or analyzing any pain or discomfort,
Just acknowledging it.
Now breathe deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Every breath relaxing you more and more.
Breathing deeply and slowly.
Letting go of all tension and stresses,
Worries and fears.
Any pain or discomfort,
Just let it go.
And every breath,
Your mind and your body,
Relax deeper and deeper.
ε Now I'd like you to imagine,
Visualize or just believe that you are now sitting or laying in a beautiful room where everything around you makes you feel safe and relaxed.
Take a moment silently to get familiar with your surroundings,
This beautiful room that you have created in your mind,
A sacred place.
And in this sacred space,
You will relax deeper now with every breath.
And even if you fall asleep,
You will be aware of everything on a subconscious level.
Just make it your intention from your heart that you are open to all healing,
All the mental,
Physical,
Emotional and spiritual levels.
And as you relax deeper now,
You may see in your mind's eye or feel in your energy that you are being surrounded by the most beautiful,
Divine white light,
Filling you up and surrounding you completely.
You know you are safe and protected at all times.
And as you relax deeper in the divine light,
We will call in the archangels who will be working with us today on all levels.
Repeat after me silently from your heart or out loud.
And we will leave a few minutes to work with each of the archangels and their divine presence of healing.
May Gabriel be at my right side to guide my hand and my words.
Gabriel,
The messenger of the divine,
Who brings change into my life,
Encouraging me to renew my life and realize my potential.
I allow Gabriel's yellow ray of healing to flow through me now.
