And welcome to our June meditation with Sharon Fitzmaurice.
So I ask you all now to get comfortable whether you're sitting outside in nature or sitting in a space where you can relax and allow yourself to be free from the distractions of all that you have to do or need to do and just bring yourself to a place of focusing on your breath firstly.
Just noticing it is as it is.
And thinking of your breath as a silent messenger.
Calling you inwards to anchor yourself within this moment and within your body.
Notice the feeling of the breath.
Notice the feeling as you breathe out.
As you breathe out.
With every breath we bring our awareness more into ourselves and into this moment.
As we breathe out we're mindful of that breath going out into the world of ourselves letting go of our release.
We become aware of the body how it feels as we breathe in and breathe out.
We become aware of the air around our body.
We become aware of all the parts of our body that touches the ground beneath us or behind our backs or heads.
We become aware of our body needing rest or relaxation.
We become aware of our body just needing some time,
Some love,
Some care and attention.
And we let our beautiful bodies just be.
Breathe into your body,
Feel it.
Breathe out,
Let go.
Allow it to relax and to rest.
Breathing in the awareness to your body you become aware of how you feel.
You notice it,
Acknowledge and accept it without judgment.
Sometimes we don't like to notice what we're feeling or what we're thinking.
Maybe we've been trying to avoid it or push it aside but it'll always come to the surface and it'll have an overwhelm or an irritation or a frustration about it.
So now that you are in control with your breath and in this space just sit with the emotion.
Just see it.
Another messenger,
Another guide to how you're actually feeling inside but not taking notice.
And I hope that you will see when you acknowledge that feeling,
When you accept that it's there to teach you,
That you might just say thank you to it and you'll be able to let it flow a little bit more freely.
And if you're finding it hard,
Place your hand on your heart and feel a sense of love and acceptance for yourself,
For whatever you are feeling.
And silently say to yourself you're doing your best,
You are enough,
You are worthy,
I love you.
You Just in this moment accepting yourself as you are,
Feeling the messages that you may repeat in your heart or in your mind.
All of the things that you feel you don't have in life.
Just accept,
Acknowledge it all.
And when you make room with all of those things that you have pushed aside,
Thought about too much or repressed,
You're making room for compassion,
You're making room for self-love and self-kindness.
You're making room for you,
You're making room for joy.
I want you to embrace your whole self in this moment and loving yourself no matter what.
And to feel the joy in simply being able to do that,
Loving yourself unconditionally,
Feel the joy in it.
And think of someone in your life that loves and accepts you just as you are.
It can be someone here,
Someone in spirit,
Maybe it's your angel or your spirit guide,
But know there is someone that loves you and accepts you just as you are.
Feel or sense them or see them in your mind.
Feel the love they have for you flowing towards you,
Through you and all around you.
Feel it fill up every sense of your worthiness,
Your belief,
Filling up the cells in your body.
Feel the joy.
There is always someone that loves us.
Sometimes we just forget to look or to open our hearts to receive.
So from my heart to yours today,
I am sending you so much unconditional love and so much joy from my heart to yours.
My smile is huge and I'm sending it to you.
I want you to feel my loving embrace around you energetically,
Holding you,
Supporting you,
Embracing you just as you are.
I accept you as you are.
I love you as you are.
You are enough.
You are worthy.
Feel my love and joy flowing to you now in rays of purple,
White and gold,
Filling you up and surrounding you beautiful energetic colors wrapping around you like a blanket of silk,
Soft and flowing.
Feel it flow.
You you Just being in this space of joy and unconditional love and listening to this meditation as often as you like to encourage you to be present with these feelings that you are worthy that you do deserve this love and joy will remind your mind of this feeling and to seek it out in your waking life.
Every morning when you open your eyes looking to the joy of life to the light shining in the window to the sun in the sky the clouds overhead to the trees in the distance to the birds singing to that first touch of your feet on the ground to that first splash of water on your face in the morning to that smile as the air touches your face or that first good morning to yourself or others to the joy of your breath of being alive to the joy of just being to the joy of noticing everything around you the sights sounds smells and tastes to the joy of noticing to the joy of being your best self breathe in that joy deeply and know no matter how you are feeling in any given day that there is also joy present allow yourself to feel it allow yourself to be it allow yourself to live it would love to each and every one of you and blessings in your journey for this month ahead
