Journey To The Crystal Caves

This 17-minute ​guided meditation will take you through a journey to crystal caves of light and sparkle. On the way, ​you will encounter a goddess, who invites you to ask her a question. A healing and restorative practice. *This Meditation is now many years old! and the quality isn't quite as good as my more modern offerings. But I have tried to soften the music a little, taking on recent feedback!*

I really liked this meditation and I could hear Sarah just fine. Maybe she was speaking softer during the journey with Bridget for some purpose. I was happily surprised when the crystals turned out to be amethyst which are my favorite gemstones! Purple is also one of my favorite colors! And I just love amethyst crystals! I liked the time in the cave and asking the question. My question is always the same to whomever I ask. I have a very serious systemic illness and always ask if I am going to get better. And my inner goddess knows that I won't So the answer is always no. Which is very sad. And I liked walking back and walking up the steps and the Sarah's way of doing that. I also really like her voice. Keep up the great work Sarah!
