So we've got another lovely ear massage technique today to stimulate that vagus nerve and to help you to soothe.
So again,
Back into the body.
This is you going,
Right,
Actually,
I feel I need some body practices to help me when I'm really trying to move into.
Not just less anxiety,
But honestly,
Your most confident self,
Your most confident self that knows that they can always bring themselves back.
They can always have all the tools they need inside themselves to soothe,
To feel confident.
And because so often we look outside of ourselves,
Right?
We look at the external world.
We look at all the things we need.
We need more,
More,
More.
We need more of this.
We need more of that.
What we need is to actually trust ourselves to go inwards and trust that we've got this so Like with some of these,
This may feel a little bit odd today because we're in the ears and we're doing like an ear massage.
But let me tell you,
There's a reason for it.
This is stimulating that stuff that I've been talking about.
There is science behind this.
It doesn't just look nice or sound nice.
So what we're going to do is we're going to actually focus on the ear lobes today.
So the earlobes is again part where we've got certain nerve endings and acupressure points that are running through there.
So what we're going to basically do is we're going to be holding,
Taking the earlobe and then really,
Really gently.
And I can't stress how gently this is.
We're not like tugging at the ear.
