Welcome to this audio healing journey,
An audio healing journey is a combination of guided meditation,
Creative visualization,
Law of attraction,
Affirmation,
And self-therapy all rolled into one.
It's very powerful and it's very healing and it will connect you deeply to yourself.
To begin this journey with me I'd like you to get up from wherever you are and go and stand in front of the mirror or you can go and get a hand mirror.
You just need a mirror of some sort because this is a healing journey into your reflection.
I know that for some looking in the mirror can be very uncomfortable but as I often say our greatest healing is often a few steps out of our comfort zone.
So if looking at your reflection in the mirror is difficult then I suggest that you switch off the lights in the room you are in and light a candle.
Make it intimate,
Make it feel safe for you.
Even if you only see your reflection faintly by candle light it's enough and if the idea of this reflection meditation still feels like too much for you that's perfectly okay.
Feel free to keep your eyes closed and just imagine you are standing in front of a mirror looking at yourself.
But for deep powerful inner healing eyes open into the mirror is the best way to travel on this journey with me.
I'm hoping by now you're standing in front of a mirror or sitting with a mirror close to you and if your eyes aren't closed then I invite you to close them now just for a little while.
This is going to be a very powerful self-healing journey.
So with eyes closed we're going to take some deep breaths of courage together before we begin.
I want you to breathe in through your nose all the courage you can muster and sigh out of your mouth any fear of facing yourself in the mirror.
Breathe in through your nose the loving healing strength of the universe and sigh out all apprehension and anxiety and once more breathe in through your nose the determination to heal grow and transform and exhale out your mouth anything that might prevent you from doing that.
And now just return to your normal breath.
Know that you are safe.
Know that venturing forward on this journey with me is you transforming yourself.
You are connecting to yourself.
You are healing yourself and now I'd like you to open your eyes and face yourself in the mirror.
Please don't wince at your reflection.
Please don't pick yourself apart.
Please don't judge your skin or the bags under your eyes.
Please don't judge the age on your face.
Please don't criticize yourself for being you.
Go past all of that.
Get past the superficial and really really see yourself.
Go into yourself.
Gaze deeply into your own eyes.
Loving and accepting yourself is the most vital part of life.
By learning to unconditionally love and accept yourself you unconditionally love and accept your whole life.
Everything changes.
Abundance flows.
Relationships blossom.
You feel safe and secure and content.
It all starts with you.
It all starts with you looking in the mirror and learning to love who you see.
Look at yourself.
You're you.
There's only one of you on this whole planet and the universe made you exactly the way it wanted you.
Right now as you look at your own reflection you are exactly what the universe wants you to be.
It's time for you to own yourself.
It's time for you to see yourself.
To really see yourself and fully own who you are.
To own that beautiful reflection looking back at you.
It's time for you to stop comparing yourself to everyone else's reflection.
It's time for you to stop skimming the surface of who you are and look deeper.
Let everything else fall away.
Let all thoughts evaporate.
Lose yourself in your own reflection.
The same way you would gaze at someone you really really love.
And repeat after me the words I am about to say.
Dear me.
Dear body.
Dear mind.
Dear heart.
And dear soul.
I owe you an apology.
I apologize for not giving you my undivided attention.
I apologize for not giving you everything you needed.
I apologize for not listening to you more attentively.
I apologize for not giving you permission to feel whatever you're feeling.
I apologize for not soothing and comforting you when you feel scared anxious or alone.
I apologize for criticizing or condemning you when I should be affirming you each and every day.
I apologize that I haven't been loving you the way you deserve.
But I'm here now.
I'm here now looking in the mirror and seeing you truly for the first time.
I want to start a new chapter with you from this moment.
I want to start loving you from this moment.
And I promise to never stop loving you.
It doesn't matter what you do or what you look like.
It doesn't matter if you get life right or wrong.
It doesn't matter what you do for a living or what's in your bank balance.
It doesn't matter what you wear or how much you eat.
None of that matters to me.
You are what matters to me.
And now just be here.
Be here with yourself.
Listen to the words of this song and dedicate the words to yourself.

A lot may come up for you.
Please let it come up.
Whatever feelings arise,
They are asking to be felt so they can be freed.
Whatever thoughts are there,
Let them be there.
Don't get too attached to your feelings or your thoughts in the coming days.
Just let them be there.
I am so incredibly proud of you.
What you just did was so incredibly brave and life changing.
I hope you realize how amazing you are as you look at yourself in the mirror.
You're amazing.
And I'm so grateful you are part of this world and that you went on this journey with me.
And now it's time to go back to reality.
So I'd like you to simply close your eyes for a moment,
Wriggle your fingers and toes and bring yourself back to the here and now.
I hope you feel slightly changed inside because a new relationship with yourself has just begun.
