I usually start each day with a reading and then I sit in meditation for 10, 15, or 30 minutes. Most days I am teaching meditation online so I find other meditators benefit from the reading as well. Starting our day with a poem or a paragraph from any book might bring us into an effortless state of mindfulness and meditation. This piece is from my heart to yours.
