Procrastination no more.
Today I feel that I need to get lots done.
There is a roomful,
No wait,
Actually more like a house full of stuff on my mind.
Just thinking about it is weighing me down and making me feel tired.
I don't know how and where to start.
Having this list,
This to-do list of very important and kind of important stuff feels overwhelming.
What I know is that the most important and precious thing in my life is me,
My physical and mental health.
So I will start by taking a moment to acknowledge this.
First,
I'll make sure to eat something and feel nourished and energized.
Second,
I'll pour myself a glass of clear,
Clean water and drink some and keep some for hydrating my body and brain.
Third,
I'll start my timer for 20 minutes and get to work.
The first thing that comes to mind is what I will work on for the duration of my timer.
I will get this done.
I will get this done.
I will get this done.
I'll just start.
The idea is to just start.
Start cleaning a messy room,
Start corner by corner,
20 minutes,
