Burnout boundaries.

Today I feel emotionally exhausted and I am the only one who can help myself by delegating and placing boundaries.

I am going to show up for myself by blocking a small or a large amount of time simply for myself.

I want this time.

I need this time.

I deserve this chunk of time.

Today I will take time out of my day simply for myself so I can refuel myself mentally,

Energetically,

And physically.

I am aware of all signs of feeling burnt out,

Overwhelmed,

And exhausted.

So I'm going to take this time off,

Slow down,

Silence my mind,

And replenish myself.

I deserve it.
