Sanaz Busink was born and raised in south of India by her Turkish mother and Persian father. She is a Mindset coach, writer, poet, potter, painter, yoga and meditation teacher. She was introduced to yoga and spirituality at a very young age. Her unique teaching style consists of guided meditation, various breathing exercises, and gentle organic and intuitive yoga movements. She is best known for her intuative self-love healing and guided meditations.
