Noticing that something in this mysterious life is unaffected by anything.
The sound of the birds,
Unaffected by the essence of life.
You,
Your essence,
Never changing.
Noticing the sounds and kind of tuning into that which doesn't change.
Taking a deep breath and noticing once more that something within this mysterious life is very stable,
Isn't changing,
Isn't worrying,
Isn't changing,
Isn't worrying.
Noticing this moment to moment will change your life for sure.
Resting in the midst of all circumstances,
Moment to moment.
Noticing this spacious,
Open,
Wise,
Emptiness,
One could say.
A bright light always shining through.
This beautiful light which we tend to overlook most of the day.
Because of thinking,
Thinking,
Thinking.
How would it be for you if this could change in your life?
How would it be to no longer be dependent on thoughts,
Emotions,
And feelings?
How would it be to trust awareness,
This non-personal loving awareness above all?
Trusting this loving awareness will bring about a beautiful shift.
It will show you that it's no longer necessary to constantly worry,
To constantly grasp.
Shifting towards this non-personal loving awareness.
Being the witness of all that seems to be unfolding.
Moment to moment will bring peace.
It might not always take away the feeling of suffering,
But it might bring you as this human vehicle beyond suffering,
So to speak.
There's this great peace beyond suffering.
Again,
How would it be for you to notice this beautiful non-personal loving awareness,
Moment to moment in your life?
Instead of worrying,
Instead of doubting,
Instead of being occupied constantly with thinking,
To rest deeply,
Moment to moment.
Ask yourself,
How would it be to feel less identified being a person?
If you're new to these messages,
You might wonder,
But how?
How is it possible to rest moment to moment?
How can I trust this non-personal loving awareness?
Not by thinking.
Maybe by noticing the space between words.
By noticing the silence that is always here.
And also by practicing.
It can be really helpful to listen to messages like these during your day.
Suddenly,
A memory might arise.
A memory related to these messages.
Yeah.
And this is what might happen.
A relaxation.
Simple as that.
Just a breath showing you that you are here.
Seemingly so.
And in that moment,
There's a beautiful opportunity to stop thinking for a short moment.
And as soon as you do so,
A deep breath arises again.
A small reset occurs.
Showing the sheer beauty of life.
Spaciousness.
No thoughts for a short moment.
When repeated,
They will become automatic.
Many times a day,
You'll notice yourself resting deeply for short moments.
Shifting gears,
So to speak,
From being totally identified as being this person.
And suddenly there's this brightness available,
Showing itself.
And all that is seemingly going on in life will still be going on,
In a way.
But in those moments,
It is seen differently.
Because in those moments,
It's more obvious that something in this life isn't worrying,
Isn't grasping,
Or looking for the next experience.
Something is already totally complete,
Bright,
Warm and loving.
This is not a belief.
This is just something to explore,
Which you can do now as well.
For a short moment,
No thoughts.
In that moment,
See if there are difficulties.
Once again,
No thinking for a short moment.
And you find trouble there.
So,
Today in this timeless day,
This apparent day,
When going through your day,
Explore what remains when thoughts are no longer there.
Moment to moment.
And there's no effort in this.
One could say,
Each time when a short moment of crystal clear awareness,
Of non-personal awareness arises,
It's as if you as this human vehicle are truly putting things down.
A letting go of all tension,
Of all grasping,
Manipulation.
A pureness remains.
And this that remains is always the essence of what we are,
Beyond words.
This purity is always here.
Also,
When you feel troubled in life,
This unaffected,
Pure state of being,
This presence,
Is.
It just is.
And noticing this moment to moment will truly change your perception of life.
More and more,
You'll notice yourself living from your heart,
Open,
Spacious,
Non-judgmental,
More peaceful.
