Welcome. Let's start by taking a deep breath in and slowly out. Yeah, Another one in and out. One more time. Deep breath in, Putting things down, Noticing immediately that we are here, Somehow. Beyond the feeling of there being a person. Somehow, As these human vehicles were able to sense that something is. Which can be enough. Can it? Can it be enough to notice that is-ness is already, Just, Perfectly here. Perfectly fine. One could say at ease. Hmm. Ahhh. Yeah, Putting things down. Moment to moment. Noticing the innermost sense of I. The I that has no opinion. None whatsoever. The I that doesn't think, Feel, Judge. Not even the slightest. Never ever do you, In your true essence, Judge anything. And what a relief, Isn't it? Hmm. Hmm. All this judging. All this thinking, Thinking, Thinking. Wanting. At some point this can truly be a burden in the life of this beautiful being we call a human being. That's why, Right now, I'm asking you to put things down. Let it all rest. Surrender moment to moment. Nobody's asking you to do anything right now. If at all, Just notice the spaciousness that is always, Softly available. Right here. Right now. Timelessly so. So spacious. So loving. So peaceful. Putting things down. All that you've been worrying about so much. Maybe lately, Or even today. Let all worries just be. Let them softly be as they are. They might show up as a thought at first, Turn into a feeling within your body. So if you're paying attention right now, Let's be a little bit more sharp. As sharp as possible. Focused. Something within all your experiences. Always. Never not. Always. Truly always. Something your experiences, Within your feelings, Within your doubt, Your thoughts, Your worries. Something isn't moving. Totally stable. Totally at ease. Peaceful. Unchanging. Hasn't changed for a bit throughout your whole life. Always unchanging. And it might be helpful to scan a little bit back in your life. All those memories you have of being a child, Growing up, Being insecure, Being totally in a beautiful creative flow, Experiencing a sudden shock, Sadness, The loss maybe of a partner or family members, Growing up, Seemingly so, Being a busy bee, Constantly in action, Maybe resting at times, Partying, Talking a lot, Throughout your whole life, Talking, Talking, Beautifully so, And at times, Not that beautiful, Maybe fighting. Within all those moments in your life, You can check in right now. Can you find this? This beautiful spot, Which is spotless, Locationless, But ever so steady, Ever so unchanging, Ever so loving, Always available. Throughout your whole life, It has always, Always been available for you, So to speak, Right now. One could say it's available as well, While listening to these words, While dropping into a more calm, Spacious moment, Timeless, Letting go, So to speak. So to speak, Because when we look closely, There's nothing to let go of, There's just this spaciousness, This is-ness that just is, Which is enough. Can you sense somehow that life in and of itself is enough, Or does something need to be added again and again? Is it truly necessary to want something from life, Or can life itself, This is-ness, This beautiful, Spacious, Non-personal, Loving awareness, Can it be enough? Hmm. Or do we need to work hard to make it all more beautiful, More loving, More special? Is this truly necessary, Or can life itself, Noticing life as well, Can this be enough? Something that is not changing, Fully stable, Loving, Soft, Warm, Which one could say is your essence, Source, This beautiful, Precious source, Might it be enough? Does this need thinking, Thinking, Worrying, Worrying? Is it truly necessary for source, For you, For you as this non-personal, Loving awareness, To worry, To think, To want things to be different, Or can life itself be enough? And sure, Life is always unfolding just the way it does. You as this human vehicle, Mine as well, Will probably lose itself in thought again and again and again, But there's this beautiful opportunity to notice again and again, Moment to moment, That life itself is just enough, Moment to moment. It's ever so possible to notice the preciousness of each timeless moment. As soon as we remember, As soon as we start listening to messages like these, More and more, The whole body-mind system will remember to stop, To slow down, To calm down, And to notice that life is already to be trusted, Is already okay. This that isn't changing, This that hasn't changed throughout your whole life, Was fully stable, Fully unaffected by anything, Didn't worry, This that didn't worry, This you, This non-personal you, This loving awareness, Is always accessible, So to speak. It's always already here, Even when we don't notice it. But how wonderful, Since you're listening, There might be a great chance that you will remember today or tomorrow to just simply stop, To notice the spaciousness, To notice the unchanging fragrance of life, As if dropping into something that is truly, Truly fine, Truly okay, Non-judgmental. And then you'll go back into your day, Thinking, Playing with life, Suffering, Probably, Most likely, As we all do, And then suddenly you'll remember again, There it is, This beautiful spaciousness, Available, So to speak, For you, For all of us. And realizing that this that isn't personal, This non-personal loving awareness, Is so obviously connecting all. It's where we meet. It's where it's so obvious that there's no separation between you, That seems to be listening right now, And me, That seems to be speaking. There's just no difference. When we tap into, So to speak, When we tap into this non-personal loving awareness, As if dropping into your heart, No thoughts at all, No thinking whatsoever, Suddenly this spaciousness, This unaffected spaciousness, Hmm, No words, Just this loving presence. You, Without the feeling of there being a person, Just for a couple of seconds at first, You will notice, More and more so, That we, As these human beings, Are never separated from anything. And what a joy to be able to experience this, Moment to moment. But what a joy to experience that this, One could say, Puppet, You as this beautiful puppet, Is suffering from time to time, Feeling depressed, Or feeling anxiety, Or fear, Or doubt, Or sadness, Jealousy. So beautiful to notice that within all those feelings, More and more, You'll remember that something is ever, Ever so stable, Untouched, Fully okay, Fully to be trusted, Fully worthy. The feeling of worthiness will expand, More and more so. And this doesn't mean that there will no longer be suffering, No. Suffering will still be there, Challenges of course, The body will hurt, Will get older, Sickness, Whatever will come up, The loss of a partner, All this will come and go. And more and more so, You, As this beautiful human being, Will have this deep memory within yourself that something, In the midst of it all, Is truly okay, Truly to be trusted, Open, Warm, Spacious.
