Take a moment to get comfortable and centered as you focus on your breath,
Closing your eyes,
Lengthening your spine as you sink deeper inside your body.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Sinking in.
Breathing out.
Enjoying each inhale and each exhale.
Planting seeds for your intention right now.
Taking a few moments to think about your day,
Your week,
Your month,
Your year.
And bringing your awareness and your breath into your heart center.
Imagining a light growing brighter with each breath.
Reflecting on your wants,
On your needs,
And on your goals.
Feeling your heart energy expand with each breath.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Sinking in.
Breathing out.
Notice the quality of love and the quality of gratitude.
Noticing what you are most passionate about.
And what is calling you forward.
Now I'd like you to bring your awareness to your third eye.
Noticing the space above and in between your eyebrows.
To the light in the center of your mind.
Taking a moment to imagine your intention.
Imagining what it looks like.
What it feels like.
Noticing where you are.
Noticing who you're with.
With as much detail as possible.
As if you are creating a mental rehearsal of what is to come.
Now I'd like you to imagine a line of energy connecting your third eye to your heart center.
Your vision to your passion.
Connecting,
Aligning,
And empowering your potential with each inhale and each exhale.
Seeing is believing.
