I invite you to find a space to lie down with a comfortable surface beneath you.
You can lay on your back if that feels right for you today,
Or you can lay on your side if that feels more comfortable,
Or simply recline.
Just trust that your body knows the most comfortable position for you to unwind through today.
Trusting that the perfect pathways are being revealed through you.
As you rest here,
And you can let your breath be soft and natural in and out of your nose,
Close your eyes gently,
Noticing your whole body being welcomed into this sense of softness,
This restful space,
And sensing into the feeling of the Earth holding you so gently,
Allowing yourself to rest back some more,
Sensing the vibration of Earth beneath you,
Sensing the waters of the Earth rippling,
Cooling,
Clearing,
Calming,
A part of you,
This rippling soft sensation running through your entire sense of being now.
Your entire sense of body experience now.
No force,
Just flow.
Every part of your mind-body being softening,
Sensing the leaves,
The sand,
The rain,
The sunlight felt on the Earth,
The very vibration of the Earth,
Like a sweet song,
Like a neutral,
Harmonizing energy that is a part of you.
Sensing the stones of the Earth,
The soil,
The clay,
The trees,
Roots,
Deep down,
And notice which or any of these sensations that feel the most nourishing for you right now.
We will now begin the gentle rotation of consciousness,
Allowing your awareness to drift from point to point,
The embrace of the Earth ever-present,
Bringing your awareness to the crown of your head,
The sensations through the scalp,

Let yourself be carried away let yourself rest even deeper now surrendering deeper within yourself let yourself be embraced let yourself be held let the earth greet you and nourish you let yourself be and now you can begin to allow some deeper breaths to flow through your body and being allowing gentle stirrings to occur through your body a flickering,

Awakening like sunlight appearing on water like rain gently falling on soil an inner stirring,
An awakening and you may like to roll on your side and take a moment or sit upright and take a few moments of meditation for yourself,
Within yourself just slowly you greet yourself feeling refreshed and renewed the gift of this deep rest and inner journey
