Welcome to your sleep meditation.

Surrendering into the depths of the night.

Lay your body down onto the support beneath you.

Resting into your space.

Feeling safe and at ease.

Feel the weight of your bones.

The sinking of joints into the soft support of the earth.

Allow the mouth to open gently.

Releasing an exhale.

Sighing its way out of the body.

An energetic release of the day.

What is here for you as you come to rest from this day?

What boxes were left unticked or uncrossed?

Breathe in a long inhale.

Slowly exhale.

Sighing out any last parts of you that are holding on to this day.

Surrender the breath into the space around you.

There is nothing left to do.

Only rest is on the horizon for you now.

There is nothing left for you on this day but to surrender and release into the earth.

Whatever your day looked like,

You can release it.

Surrendering the day into the support of the earth.

Slow everything down.

And exhale out fully and completely.

When you next breathe in,

Breathe in for the count of four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathe out for the count of six.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Pause.

Breathe in for the count of four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale for six.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

Now breathe into the eyes.

Surrender the eyes into the breath.

Breathe into your ears.

Surrendering the ears with breath.

Breathe into your nose.

Relaxing and surrendering into the breath.

Breathe into the mouth.

Softening and surrendering into the breath.

Now breathe into the space between the eyebrows.

Softening and surrendering into the breath.

Now deepen into the space of the third eye center.

Soften and descend into the center of your brain.

Breathe into the brain,

Surrendering it into the breath.

Now breathe into the feet and ankles,

Softening and releasing them into the earth.

Breathe into the hips,

Buttocks,

Sacrum and pubic bone.

Softening and surrendering into the earth with breath.

Breathe into the spine,

Spaciously breathing.

Surrendering and softening into the earth beneath you.

Breathe into the shoulders and collarbones.

Release and surrender,

Softening into the support of the earth.

Breathe into the neck and scalp,

Releasing and surrendering.

Softening into the support of the earth.

Whole body now.

Whole body being breathed.

Surrendering and softening into the support of the earth.

Begin to invite an orb of glowing light to surround the space of your heart.

Softening and supporting the depths of your heart.

Allow this orb of glowing light to expand in its capacity.

Pulsing outwards to encapsulate your whole body.

Softening and supporting your whole body in this orb of glowing light.

Feel this encapsulation sink the body deeper into the earth.

Submerging you into the healing darkness of the earth.

As your body rests in the healing support of the earth's body,

Feel the gentle pull of gravity.

Feeling yourself getting heavier and heavier.

Surrendering the body into the earth for deep,

Peaceful and healing rest.

Open a space for any healing support you wish to invite into your rest.

To journey with you through the transition,

Through the darkness of night.

Notice the support entering your space.

Releasing and surrendering into its loving embrace.

The inky darkness around you seeps deeper into your whole body now.

Slowly letting go.

All that remains is the glowing orb of light supporting you and protecting you through the night.

Everything is getting so quiet.

As the body slows down,

Slowly letting go into the night.

Surrendering into the support of the earth.

Welcome rest.

Rest is moving through your whole body now.

Gentle pulses of gravity.

As you drift into your night's rest.

Peaceful,

Healing rest.
