Very good indeed. I have just recently gained a certificate to offer Yoga Nidra so I am familiar with the territory. And yet briught somewhere new by you. I was struck by how beautifully this nidra was written. I was amused and delighted by how you seemed to know what I needed to hear next. When you said ‘a winter sock’ I smiled rewound the Nidra and paused it ready to start again once I had dug out my winter socks and put them on. These intimate synchronicities grace this interface with a new voice with trust and faith. My mind was shooting off on narratives inspired by your words so I missed some of what you said and I look forward to being in your very far and very near universe - again.
