Today we're diving into the power of our words and how the stories we tell about ourselves shape our lives.
I'll be offering you 10 new empowering beliefs that you can start to tell yourself.
Alright,
Let's begin.
Who you are is perfect as you are.
And yet,
If there are things that you'd like to change in your life,
In yourself,
You have the power to do so.
The life that you've lived tells you about who you've been,
But not necessarily who you are or who you can be.
What's to come for you can be completely new if you want it to.
The future is yours to create.
Each of us are a product of the stories we tell about ourselves and about life.
At any point in time you can choose to tell a new story,
To write a new story for yourself.
You're not bound by your past or your present.
You can awaken a whole new timeline and experience a whole new life that's in accord with what you most desire.
This is a universe of infinite possibilities,
Infinite probabilities.
And so among the infinite data,
What you choose is up to you.
You are the creator and you create with your words,
Your thoughts,
Your emotions and your intentions.
Many people underestimate the power of their words and the stories they tell over and over.
But to quote a famous book,
In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God.
Or as Neville Goddard puts it,
God is your own wonderful human imagination.
Imagination is where everything in creation begins.
Literally everything that exists was once an idea.
And once it moves from your imagination,
Your vision and trickles down into thoughts and words and actions,
That's where it becomes real.
But it all starts in the mind and the word is the vehicle for creation.
Your throat chakra is the center for manifestation where all the rivers and channels of your energy body converge.
And your word,
When suffused with intense emotion and intent,
Creates.
So if you want a new life or a new experience of life,
Tell a new story.
This understanding is one of the core components of my online course,

Today we'll be doing something similar,
Activating 10 empowering stories within you that can open up a whole new chapter of more abundant life for you,
As long as you step into them courageously with the willingness to go beyond what you've known and to be and live and experience something new.
It's not always easy to change beliefs instantly and that's where bridge words come in.
I use them in my reframe,
Mindset shift and what if meditations because they help to close the gap between what you currently believe and what you'd like to live.
Today our bridge words are I wonder,
I am willing and finally I am.
We'll go through each of the 10 new story affirmations using these bridge words,
Gradually strengthening the possibility of them within you and then we'll step into the imagination and I'll encourage you to imagine yourself actually living these 10 new story beliefs.
Before we get into the affirmations,
Let's just take a moment to center in,
Relaxing into the receptive alpha brainwave state where new beliefs,
New ideas can be introduced and accepted more easily.
Opening down your eyes,
Beginning to release all outer attachment,
All thought and softening into yourself,
Becoming more and more aware of your body,
Of your inner landscape,
Your emotional felt experience of this moment.

Relaxing your forehead,
Your scalp,
Letting your mind soften and melt as all thought dissolves.
Relaxing your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Letting your shoulders melt away from your ears,
Softening through your chest and back,
Relaxing through your belly,
Being heavy through your hips,
Your pelvis,
Feeling grounded,
Rooted and held by the earth below you.
Letting your arms and legs be heavy and relaxed.
Releasing any clenching or holding in your body,
Letting it go.
Allowing more space and more ease into your body,
Your mind,
Your breath.
There's nothing that you need to do or be here.
Just open up,
Get curious and allow yourself to receive what feels good to you.
We'll begin to activate our new story beliefs with the realm of wonder where everything begins.
You can repeat the affirmations after me or simply breathe,
Relax,
Receive them in your body,
Feeling them fully as your own.
Let it be an easy and pleasurable experience for you.
I wonder what it'd be like to live a beautiful,
Bright and joyful life that just gets better and better all the time.
I wonder what it'd be like to feel so comfortable,
Secure and relaxed in my body every single day.
I wonder what it'd be like to feel deeply loved and celebrated everywhere I go.
I wonder what it'd be like to deeply and completely love and accept myself as I am.
I wonder what it'd be like to have the most amazing friends and support system around me.
I wonder what it'd be like to be wildly wealthy in every area of my life.
I wonder what it'd be like to wake up every day with energy and excitement for the day ahead.
I wonder what it'd be like to have an abundance of time and freedom in my life.
I wonder what it'd be like to be a magnet for my desires and to effortlessly attract the best of life.
I wonder what it'd be like to know that life loves me,
That life is on my side and to be in love with my life.
I wonder what it'd be like to fall asleep every night feeling so incredibly blessed and thankful.
Deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it at the top and let it go with a sigh.
Let it all go.
Relax.
Now we're moving on to our second bridge statement,
I am willing.
I am willing to believe that a beautiful,
Bright and joyful life is possible for me.
I am willing to believe that I can feel comfortable,
Secure and relaxed in my body every single day.
I am willing to believe that I can be deeply loved and celebrated everywhere I go.
I am willing to deeply and completely love and accept myself as I am.
I am willing to have the most amazing friends and support system around me.
I am willing to be wildly wealthy in every area of my life.
I am willing to wake up every day with energy and excitement for the day ahead.
I am willing to have an abundance of time and freedom in my life.
I am willing to believe that I can be a magnet for my desires and effortlessly attract the best in life.
I am willing to believe that life loves me,
Life is on my side and that I can be completely in love with my life.
I am willing to fall asleep every night feeling so incredibly blessed and thankful.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it at the top,
Sip in a little more air and let it go with a big sigh.
Relax.
Now we'll do our final round of firming with the I am.
I am living a bright,
Beautiful and joyful life that just gets better every day.
I feel so comfortable,
Secure and relaxed in my body every single day.
I am deeply loved and celebrated everywhere I go.
I have the most amazing friends and support system around me.
I am wildly wealthy in every area of my life.

Finally we enter the realm of imagination and visualization,
Bringing everything together.
Stay curious,
Stay open and begin to picture yourself living an incredibly beautiful,

What would that look like?

Secure and relaxed in your body every day,
No matter where you go,

Feel that now.

Now lift your arms into the air,
Turn your face up towards the sky and speak out loud.
And so it is,
Knowing in your heart that everything you've imagined is a valid and vital living reality for you,
One you can step into and live at any time.
All you need to do is start believing in this new reality,
Visualizing,
Thinking,
Speaking and feeling in alignment with it.
This is how you create a whole new life.
Take a big breath in through your nose and let it go with a big sigh,
Relaxing completely,
Softly and slowly arriving fully in your body into this new moment.
Wiggling your toes,
Wiggling your fingers,
Bringing the soft sensation of a smile to your face,
Opening up your eyes when you're ready.
As you move into your day,
Feel these new story beliefs,
These new story affirmations as your new living truth starting now.
Look for evidence of your new story everywhere you go and when you see it or feel it,
Mark it with your awareness and write it down somewhere.
This will strengthen and anchor your new beliefs in your awareness.
