Welcome to this midday refresh meditation.
This meditation is created to offer you a pause point during your day,
A chance to find your center and reset your energy so that you can move forward with greater intention and greater ease.
Taking time to pause,
Breathe,
And align your energy during the day allows you to release any tension you've been carrying and recalibrate to how you desire to feel and show up in your life.
So to begin,
Take a moment to sit in a comfortable chair or even lay down on the floor.
Close your eyes.
Inhale slowly.
And exhale even slower.
Relax.
Two more times just like that.
Inhale.
And as you exhale,
Letting any tension or heaviness melt off of you.
In and out.
Let the past go.
It's done.
You did your best and now you're in a brand new moment.
Safe to relax.
And all is well.
Take a moment to check in with yourself.
How do you feel?
Let it be okay.
No judgment here.
If you'd like,
You can place your hands on your head and give yourself a good head scratch or massage,
Ruffling up your hair.
Maybe even rest one hand over your heart,
Rubbing your chest like you would soothe a child.
Perhaps even wrapping yourself in a gentle hug,
Full of compassion and kindness.
Being softly to yourself.
All is well.
You're doing great.
Letting your hands come to rest in your lap or at your sides.
And acknowledging that this is a brand new moment.
One that will set the tone for everything that's coming next.
All your power to create beautiful feelings and life experiences is here with you now.
And so just softly think about what's coming next for you.
What's coming up next in your day?
And more importantly,
How do you want that to go?
What would it look like if it were easy?
If it were fun?
If it felt really good from start to finish?
And visualize yourself feeling great as these next segments of your day unfold.
See them going really well.
Even the mundane and in-between moments.
What would that look like?
And now take a moment to generate a sense of that good feeling in yourself now.
That feeling of lightness and ease,
Clarity,
Well-being.
Breathe it in.
Fill yourself up with it.
And exhale it out.
Bring yourself with it.
And open yourself up to this beautiful unfolding.

It's right that you feel good and it's right that things go well for you.
A little energy alignment and intention goes a long way in creating beautiful experiences and outcomes.
