Hello and welcome.

I invite you to take these three beautiful minutes to pause,

Soften into stillness,

And to reconnect with your truth.

Allow yourself to come into the fullness of this moment knowing and speaking silently to yourself.

I am here.

I am now.

Inhale centering into your body awareness and exhale letting all tension ebb and fall away.

Inhale opening and expanding through your body and exhale releasing completely.

Inhale inviting and welcoming peace and vitality into your body and exhale releasing all tension opening to a peaceful stillness in your body and your mind.

I now invite you to set a gentle intention by asking yourself what energy do I want to embody as I move through this day.

Spend 30 seconds cultivating this beautiful energy.

Really feeling its essence in every cell of your body.

Allowing it to flood your body and shine in your mind.

And then bringing it with you as you move through your day with ease and grace.

Well done. Packs a lot into a small time frame. Then, turns the foundational guidance over to the listener to make it theirs. For me, a positive pause to center me. A good example that meditation tools are therein a pinch.
