Hello and welcome to this meditation for tuning in to the essence of your being.
Your core frequency is one of unending peace,
Total presence,
And overflowing love.
By taking a moment to slow down and tap into this core frequency,
You'll soothe any surface ripples of anxiousness or stress,
Allowing yourself to restore your inner peace and move forward with clarity and vibrancy.
So to begin,
Find somewhere quiet and comfortable to sit and just take a moment to get settled in.
Make any movements that you need to make and eventually bring your hands to rest on your knees or in your lap,
Choosing whatever feels best for you.
Let your face be soft,
Relax your scalp,
Relax the space between your eyebrows and all the little muscles around your eyes.
Relax your jaw,
Relax your cheeks,
Close down your eyes,
And let your shoulders melt away from your ears as you allow yourself to come to a place of centeredness and stillness.
Inhale and exhale,
Letting all tension simply melt away off your body.
Again,
Just like that,
Inhale and exhale,
Softening and relaxing even more deeply.
Once more,
Inhale and exhale.
Let it all go as your thoughts dissolve and you melt even further into the moment.
Now notice the stillness present within you.
Feel the stillness of your being,
Unmoving and complete.
Now notice the silence present within you.
Feel the perfect silence of your being,
Undisturbed and whole.
Now notice the spaciousness of your being.
Feel the spaciousness of your being,
Open and alive.
Let yourself dissolve into this spaciousness as you rest here,
Still,
Silent,
Spacious.
Beautiful.
Begin to come back into your body,
Back into your space,
Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Gently cracking open your eyes.
Take a nice deep breath with me here.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Let it all go.
You have just tapped into the essence of your being,
Still,
Silent,
Spacious.
You can return to this state as often as you need to,
To be refreshed and re-centered in your peace.
Often it's only a deep conscious breath away.
