You will experience a deeper understanding and experience of what it means to be aware of yourself and also shift this awareness of other things, like the people around you, the world around you. By reaching higher awareness, you will be able to focus on the things that are most important to you and help yourself and others.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Your back is straight.

Your neck is straight.

And your view is straight forward.

Close your eyes.

Breathe in.

Calm.

Breathe out in a calm way.

Just let your breathing happen.

Now take your awareness by breathing in to the lower Dan Tien,

Which is about two fingers width below the navel.

Breathe in deeply to the lower Dan Tien.

Breathe out soft and slowly.

Now take the inhalation from the lower Dan Tien up to the shoulders and breathe out slow and calm.

Focus on your crown.

Focus on the skin of your skull.

Loosen the skin.

Loosen all the facial muscles,

The eyebrows.

Let the lips loose.

Breathe in deep.

Breathe out slow and calm.

Take your awareness to your facial muscles once more.

Loosen all the facial muscles.

Feel your eyebrows,

Your eyes.

Feel your jaw and the tongue.

Now shift your awareness to your neck.

The right shoulder.

Feel all the sensations coming up in your right upper arm,

The elbow,

The right lower arm,

Your hands,

The palm of your hand.

Feel all the sensations in each and every finger of your right hand.

Now take the focus on the fingers of your left hand.

Let any sensation arise.

Feel all the sensations coming up.

Don't judge.

Feel what is going on in your left hand.

Your lower arm,

The elbow,

The upper arm and your left shoulder.

Be aware of all the sensations in your chest while inhaling and while exhaling.

Feel feelings and sensations rising up in your belly,

The lower dan tian.

Take your awareness to your buttocks,

Your genitals.

Feel them.

Now take the awareness to your left upper leg,

Your knee,

The lower leg and your left foot and each of your toes.

Let the awareness wander to the right foot,

The right toes,

The right foot.

Feel the sensations coming up in your right lower leg,

The knee and the upper leg.

Now feel all the sensations that happen in your body right now.

Feel your whole body.

Feel the sensation coming up in your belly right now.

Feel the sensation coming up in your belly right now.

On the top of your crown there is the crown chakra.

This golden ball is filled with energy.

This energy enters your body through your head and spine as a golden ray.

Using your awareness you feel this energy and direct this energy into every cell of your whole body.

Spread this energy with your awareness from head to toe.

Breathe in deeply to the lower dan tian,

Taking it up your shoulders.

Breathe out slowly,

Letting go of all tensions and blockages in your body and mind.

Breathe in deeply.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing out,

You let go of all tensions and blockages in your body and mind.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing in,

You take a new energy for body and mind.

Breathing in,
