I’m Pippa Leslie, a guide, mentor, and space holder passionate about helping others return to calm, clarity, and connection. My work blends neuroscience, spirituality, and nervous system regulation with a trauma-informed approach, supporting people to feel grounded, safe, and empowered in their daily lives. Through guided meditations, workshops, and my signature Calm Codes™ framework, I create practices that open pathways to inner peace, emotional balance, and self-discovery.
