Hello beautiful soul.
This guided meditation is to invite you to meet your people please apart from IFS informed.
So just take a slow breath in and a soft breath out.
Let your body settle just a little as if Mother Earth is inviting you to soften into it.
Feel your shoulders drop.
Feel your jaw relax.
Let your belly loosen.
And when you feel ready bring your attention inside.
Imagine a warm light in your chest.
Steady,
Spacious,
Kind.
This is you,
Not a part.
Just calm,
Compassionate presence.
Let it grow until you feel even 5% more settled.
Now gently say inside,
I'd like to meet the part of me that works so hard to please others.
No pressure,
No forcing.
Just an invitation.
Notice what comes forward.
Maybe an image,
A sensation,
A colour,
A memory,
An older version of you.
Or simply a sense of someone soft or tired.
Whatever appears is perfect.
Let this part know you see it,
You feel it.
And you're not here to get rid of it.
You're here to understand it.
Ask softly,
How do you show up in my life?
What are you afraid would happen if you didn't work so hard?
Let any feelings or impressions float up.
There is no right answer,
Only truth wanting space.
Now say to this part,
Thank you for everything you've done to keep me safe.
Even when it's been heavy for you.
Feel if it shifts.
Maybe softening,
Relaxing or stepping a little closer.
People please a part carry enormous pressure.
Your gratitude is medicine.
When it feels right,
Ask,
What do you need from me now?
Maybe it needs rest.
Maybe it needs boundaries.
Maybe it needs to know you won't abandon it.
Maybe it needs to feel less alone.
Let whatever come,
Be enough.
Place a gentle hand on your heart or belly and say,
You don't have to do this job alone anymore.
I'm here now,
I'm listening,
We'll do this together.
Let your presence wrap around it,
Like warm light,
Like a safe home.
Thank this part for meeting you.
Let it settle wherever it wants to rest.
Beside you,
Behind you,
Further back.
Wherever feels right for now.
Take one more deep nourishing breath.
And when you're ready,
Wiggle your fingers,
Stretch your body and come back into the room with softness.
