Hello beautiful soul.
I hope you are well and I hope you are feeling good today.
Before we get started in this meditation I want you to just think about your day.
Think about you the sleep you've just had,
The day you've just had and I want you to just let that go.
No matter what happened in your day,
What dreams you had,
Just let that go for a moment and connect to this present moment where you are right now.
You may be sat in bed,
Sat on a chair,
Lying on the floor.
Wherever you are is the perfect divine timing for this meditation and I'm going to be taking you on a journey to meet a future version of you and this kind of visualization is really powerful to help you to connect to that future version of you who is powerful,
Who is beautiful,
Who is wise,
Who is love to help you connect back to this present moment and know that you are safe and you're on the right path.
Start by taking a few deep breaths.
If it helps you can put your hand on your heart.
Breathe in for four,
Hold for four and breathe out for six.
Do that a couple of times.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Know you are safe and loved in this moment.
Now I want you to start to visualize your beautiful place,
Your happy place.
That could be a beach with a sunset,
A sunrise.
It could be a forest.
It could be a waterfall,
A meadow.
Wherever you feel the most happiest in nature I want you to visualize that now.
You may be sat on a beach with your feet under the warm sand.
You may be walking through the forest with your hands brushing through the leaves.
You may be walking through a meadow and you can feel all of the plants brushing against your body as you're walking through the meadow.
Or you could be sat with your feet in the warm waters of the waterfall and just turn on those senses wherever you are.
What can you see?
What can you hear?
What can you smell and touch?
Are there animals around?
Is the sun shining?
What kind of day is it?
Your happy place where there's no worries,
Nothing to stress about,
Just your happy place.
While you're sat there you look to your right.
You start to see somebody walking over to you and they're too far at the moment to actually see who it is.
But as they get closer you start to realize that a future version of you is coming closer.
They're waving,
They're smiling,
They're so excited to see you.
As they get closer they come up to you and give you a huge hug.
They squeeze you so tightly.
You feel so warm and loved by this future version of you.
I want you to just take in that version of you.
What do they look like?
How are they holding their energy?
How do they walk?
How do they hold themselves?
You might want to sit with them or go for a walk with them and just take this time to relish in that future version of you.
Ask them questions.
How are they feeling?
How's their life been?
You know,
Ask them for messages.
Ask them for things you need.
What would you ask that future version of you?
I'll give you a few minutes to just relish in that energy.
How beautiful it is to be with that beautiful version of you.
And before you start to say goodbye to your future version,
I want you to just ask any of the final questions.
Does your future version of you have a message,
A quote,
Anything they'd like to say to you?
Do they have a gift for you?
Just ask those final questions and receive those messages.
And when they're ready,
They give you a huge hug and they start to walk back into this distance.
You see them getting further and further away,
Knowing that you can come to this place anytime,
Any day,
To speak to them,
To connect to them.
And they lift your energy up.
They make you feel happy,
Knowing that that's a part of you.
How powerful that is.
And just take a few moments to take a few deep breaths and just take in the messages you received and the conversation you had.
And when you're ready,
Just start to come back into your physical body.
Start to feel senses around you.
You can wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
It would be a really good practice to do this meditation and write down everything that came to you,
So you can look back over when you need some inspiration.
That future version of you is there anytime.
They are a part of you.
