Hello beautiful soul,
Welcome to this meditation.
So wherever you are right now I want you to just go and find a comfortable position,
Laying down or sat up,
But wherever you are I want you to have a straight back and be somewhere where you won't be disturbed.
I want you to just let your mind drift off into this meditation today.
So when you've found that position I want you to just close your eyes and start by taking your deep breaths to help you settle into this present moment.
So in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And with each out breath you sink deeper and deeper into your chair or your cushion.
And within this meditation today we are going to go on a journey together to connect to your soul,
To your higher self and to your purpose within this lifetime.
So when you're ready I want you to now picture a safe place in your mind.
This could be a beach that you know,
A meadow,
A forest.
I want you to picture yourself in this safe environment.
You could be sat on a bench surrounded by nature.
Wherever you are make sure you are in nature so it helps you connect to Mother Earth through this meditation.
And as you're picturing yourself in this safe space a white light orb comes down in front of you and this white light and orb is going to be your guide through this meditation.
And as you listen to my voice this orb is going to guide you through the whole meditation to keep you safe and protected.
And as you start walking wherever you are you follow this orb and this orb is going to be taking you to meet your future self.
Your future self meeting her or him is so important to connect to your purpose and to connect to your Dharma.
As this person is exactly who you are in the future and it is who you are right now.
So as you're walking further away with your orb you're either walking down the beach,
Through the forest,
Through the field,
Wherever you are just follow a path,
Follow the trail.
And while you're on this trail I want you to take in all of your surroundings.
I want you to really visualize the ocean,
The smells,
The trees,
The flowers,
Wherever you are just take it all in.
And whilst you're there I want you to know that Mother Earth is healing you,
Mother Earth is protecting you and she's melting away all of your worries and stresses and your physical life.
So as you keep going down your path and you're following your orb,
Your orb is like your furry,
Like your furry godmother and this orb is taking you to your future self.
And shortly in the distance you see someone heading towards you and you notice this person heading towards you is yourself in the future and as they approach closer and closer you are filled with love for this future version of you.
And as they arrive right in front of you I want you to just picture what you look like in five or ten years time,
What are you wearing,
What does your skin feel like,
What's your hair like,
What's your energy feel like and just want you to just look at her or him for a couple of moments and just take in the fact that this is you.
And when you've actually started to connect with your future self I want you to just sit down with your future self wherever you are,
On the beach,
On the bench,
In the field,
In the forest,
Just find a place to sit with your future self and have the most amazing talk with them.
This is your time to ask your future self exactly what you need to know.
What is your purpose?
What were you sent here in this lifetime to do?
What is your dharma?
What are you here to do?
Ask your future self anything you want to know.
What fears did you overcome?
What changes did you make?
Did you have to let go of anybody?
Did you have to move countries?
Whatever it is you need to do to be this best empowered version of yourself and to live out your purpose in this lifetime.
So just take a few moments to have that beautiful connection and chat with your future self.
And when you've finished chatting to your future self I want you to know that this person is you and you can connect to them at any time you like.
You can act as though they are your spirit guide helping you get to that moment in the future.
It is already written.
And as you say bye to your future self,
Your future self gives you a gift and one last message to take with you from this moment on.
So just accept that gift and note what it is and whatever message they have for you take that too.
Before waving goodbye for now.
And just before you start to head back down the trail you came from I want you to just take in that moment of you can talk to your future self whenever you need that guidance.
She and or he is within you right now.
We have to just take the small steps to get to that place.
And as you start to take those small steps back into your present moment I want you to just take in all the surroundings around you again.
That safe place where you can meet your future self is your personal place.
And as you start to come back to the present moment I want you to just mentally thank your future self.
Thank you for her strength,
Her wisdom,
Her courage,
Her love and know she is within you right now.
And if it helps you can place your hand on your heart and know that person is within you in every cell of your body.
And now start to come back to your physical self.
Notice where your body is touching your chair or cushion.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes and just bring some life back into your body.
And just take one final deep breath in and out before slowly opening your eyes and back to the present moment.
