Hello beautiful souls,
Welcome to this walking nature meditation.
So before you start your walk I just want you to ground yourself wherever you are,
If it's on the beach,
If it's in the trees,
If it's on a field,
A mountain,
Wherever you are in nature.
Just take a moment to stand still,
If you can take your shoes off if it's safe to do so.
You can sit to have feet and hands touching the earth and just take a few moments with your eyes closed connecting to Mother Earth.
Feel your hands or your feet with roots coming out of them.
These roots are anchoring you into Mother Earth,
Helping you ground your energy and to let go of any anxieties,
Fears,
Worries,
Doubt while you take this walk through nature.
See the roots going deeper into the earth,
Deeper and deeper and deeper until you get to the core of the earth and that anchors in.
Now I want you to pull the earth's energy from the core of the earth right up through those roots,
Through your hands and your feet to give you that energy of life force.
You may be able to feel a breeze on your face,
The sun may be shining,
You can start to hear sounds around you.
I want you to just take a deep breath in for four,
Holding at the top and out for eight.
Please do this three times just so you can breathe in Mother Earth's energy,
Mother Earth's breath,
That life force.
One for four,
Hold,
Slowly out for eight.
When you've done that I want you to then start to mentally thank Mother Earth for holding you,
For supporting you,
For grounding you.
You can stand up and you can start to walk wherever you are now and as you listen to my voice you can have your eyes open.
You can actually sit in nature if this is more comfortable for you and have your eyes closed,
Whatever is more comfortable for you.
Listen to my voice and this meditation is to take you deeper into nature,
To connect to that energy that's within you,
The same energy as in nature.
So as you're walking or sat down I want you to just start to become aware of your surroundings.
What can you hear?
What can you see?
What can you feel and smell?
If you walk on a beach can you hear the waves?
Can you feel the sand under your feet?
All that history under your feet,
Grains of sand.
Can you feel the wind and the cool breeze blowing through your hair?
As you breathe you can feel that cool air coming through your nose,
That warmth of the sun.
If you're out in a forest can you hear the birds?
Can you hear the squirrels scurrying around?
Can you hear the breeze blowing through the branches of the leaves?
Can you hear flowing water?
There's a stream nearby.
You may start to feel the sunshine shining through the branches above.
It may be raining.
Can you feel the rain on your head?
Just take a moment wherever you are right now when you walk to just really zone in to nature,
To Mother Earth.
Connect with her in whatever way you feel benefits you.
You may want to put your feet on the ground again with your shoes off.
You may want to touch a tree.
You may as well close your eyes and just really tune in to her.
Now I want you to start to connect to Mother Earth in a way that makes you go deeper within yourself.
So if you're near a tree,
If you're near the ocean,
If you're on sand or on a mountain I want you to really pick an element.
Pick an element,
Pick the air.
You could have a fire nearby.
You could be camping.
You know,
Anyone listening to this,
You could have so many experiences.
You could be anywhere in the world.
So I want you to pick an element,
Water,
Fire,
Earth or earth and connect to that element.
Really feel into what that means for you.
So for air,
What does that provide?
It provides oxygen for you to breathe.
It carries seeds to other places so plants can grow and the birds can eat.
If you are tapping into earth,
Earth soil helps to nourish,
To anchor to ground.
It helps animals to live underground.
If you've picked fire,
Fire is something we can use for when we eat to cook things,
For rebirth,
For when we leave this planet for ashes.
If you've picked water,
The rain for the animals,
Nourishment for the plants,
For us,
Connect into that element and just be grateful and send your gratitude,
Your appreciation for that element,
For how much it does for the earth,
To focus on the good that it does for the earth and how beautiful it is to have those elements with us always.
I'll give you a moment now to just connect back to Mother Earth,
Wherever you are in nature.
Just give yourself some time just for you to shut the world out for a moment and connect back to who you are,
To connect back to our original nature.
I'd like you to now start to thank Mother Earth.
We are going to place your hand on your heart and send her love.
You may wish to carry on with your walk.

If you want to just now start to come back to the present moment.
Just ground yourself back onto the planet in whatever way you want to with your feet,
Hands on trees.
I want you to just mentally think of three things that you are grateful for in this lifetime.
You are so blessed.
You are supported.
You are loved.
You are a divine creation of the universe.
