It could be a task,

By identifying your focus,

And finally,
Moving on to the affirmations.
Write down one positive affirmation that you want to carry with you throughout the day.
It could be something as simple as I am capable or I handle challenges with grace.
And just allow this affirmation to be your mantra,
To be a reminder of your inner strength and worth.
