The mind always wants to hold on to something.
An argument,
A story,
A situation,
A desire,
A goal,
An ambition.
Attention always looks for something to hold on to.
A pleasure,
A drama,
More information,
A fear,
A concern.
The intellect always looks for something to get lost in.
A stimulus,
A challenge,
Entertainment,
A task,
Something new,
Something fun.
Then we offer something moment by moment.
We offer the flow of our breath,
The sensations in our body,
The sounds surrounding,
The observation of our context here and now,
The contemplation of what simply exists,
The flow of personal fulfillment,
The space to welcome the world of others,
Enjoying the touch on something,
The free and creative expression of our being,
The spontaneous dance with what appears,
The allowance simply to rest,
To relax,
The exploration of simply being.
Yes,
My dear friend,
We understand,
We accept,
We enjoy the mind as it is.
Therefore,
I meditate,
I am alive.
A big hug in your heart.
Please leave a comment,
A word,
A sentence that reflects the echo of this sharing.
It's very important.
Thank you very much.
Big hug.
See you in the next Daily Pneuma.
