Axiom The practice of meditation does not promise or guarantee calm,
Relaxation,
Lucidity,
Clarity,
Enchantment,
Or things associated with a perfect idyllic magical world.
I confide with you the message I sent to a meditation class after a day of a course in silence.
Here is the letter I sent.
I want to congratulate you for allowing yourself to do this internal work.
If it is transformative,
Beautiful,
Or opens up space,
Enjoy it.
If it is difficult,
Upsetting,
Or distressing,
Allow yourself to feel and to express it,
Being kind to yourself and patient with the process.
Yesterday,
During our course,
There was a lot of inner movement throughout the day,
From the energetic body to the encounter with the truth,
With,
That comes from a request for internal reprogramming.
And deep down,
Everyone said yes to this course and to this path because there is the courage to take these steps.
We are together and we support each other.
Remember to breathe.
Also remember that you have nature.
Also remember that you can write or talk to someone.
We are what we become,
But it is necessary to allow internal change.
Although sometimes it is magical and shiny,
Sometimes painful,
Everything happens as it has to happen in each of us.
We just decide to allow,
To trust,
And to not resist,
And not wanting to continue to control drops the need for control,
Especially because it is illusory and temporary by definition.
Breathe and let go,
Breathe and release.
I am here.
I am here without hesitation.
This was the letter.
And I ask you,
My dear friend,
You who meditate,
Do you feel why you meditate?
And you,
Maybe that you are listening,
You who don't meditate,
Do you know why you don't meditate?
Thank you very much.
Please leave on the comments a word or a sentence to share the echo that this reflection had in you.
It's very important.
A big hug in your heart.
See you in the next Daily Pneuma.
