Rotation of consciousness is used to relax the body deeply.
As a systematic exercise you will release blocked energy,
Stress and stagnant energy as I guide you through specific points on the body.
There is no need to do anything but relax and listen.
It may be helpful to visualize a point of light or a soft glow of light at each point or maybe you sense or feel a pulse of energy.
Some points will be singular and some points will be joined with others.
Let the wisdom of your body's healing energy assist your journey today.
We will begin by getting comfortable.
I suggest you do this meditation lying down.
Cover yourself with a blanket if you're cold.
Put some pillows under your neck or your knees or your lower back.
It's important that you remain still and comfortable through the process.
Close your eyes.
Tune into the breath.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your belly as you breathe in and out.
Feel the parts of the body that connect to the earth.
Your heels,
The back of the legs,
The buttocks,
Your back,
Your head and any parts of your arm that connect with the earth.
Let these areas of contact feel heavier,
Sinking into the earth as you relax deeply.
Bring your focus to the top of your head.
You can imagine white light coming in through the top of the head.
And now bring your awareness to your front hairline.
The front hairline above the right eye,
The front hairline above the left eye,
Both points together.
Bring your awareness to your forehead.
Halfway down to your brow on the right side.
Halfway down to your eyebrow on the left side.
Feel both points together.
Feel the center of your eyebrow on the right side.
Feel the center of the eyebrow on the left side.
Feel both points together.
Bring your awareness to your cheekbones below your right eye,
Your cheekbone below your left eye,
Both points together.
Focus on the hollow of your throat,
The right collarbone,
The left collarbone,
Both points together.
Your right side rib,
Your left side rib,
Both sides of the ribs together.
Your right shoulder,
Your left hip,
Your left shoulder,
Your right hip,
Behind your right knee,
Behind your left knee,
Behind both knees together.
The center of the right heel,
The center of the left heel,
Both heels together.
Under the ball of the right big toe,
Under the ball of the left big toe,
Both points together.
And now inhale up the inside of the legs,
Over the groins and to the collarbones.
Focus on the hollow at the throat,
Your right collarbone,
Your left collarbone,
The hollow of your throat,
All three points together.
Your forehead,
The base of your skull,
The forehead and base of the skull together.
Your third eye point,
The base of the skull,
The third eye point and base of the skull together.
An inch above your right eye,
An inch above your left eye,
Right temple,
Left temple,
Hollow of the throat.
All of these points together.
Focus on the center of your chest,
Your right side rib,
Your left side rib,
Both sides of the ribs together.
Focus on your navel,
Your heart center,
Your third eye,
The right center brow,
The left center brow,
Both of these points together.
Both of these points together,
The center of the eyebrows together.
Breathe in deeply,
Exhale completely.
Focus on your outer right eye,
Your outer left eye,
The right temple,
The left temple,
Both temples together.
The sides of the head above the ears,
Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,
Exhale down behind the ears,
Down the sides of the neck and off the shoulders.
Sides of the neck and off the shoulders.
Sides of the neck and off the shoulders.
See a golden flame at the heart center and allow that golden flame to grow with each inhalation and as you exhale,
Allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper.
Allow the energies in the body,
Let the body's wisdom heal itself from stress,
Anxiety,
Stagnant and blocked energy.
Now just allowing yourself to feel the points of contact in the back of the body and whatever surface you are lying on.
Begin to bring movement to the feet,
The legs.
You can rock your hips from side to side.
Begin to wiggle your fingers,
Circle your wrists,
Move your head from side to side until you are fully aware of your body as a whole and when you are ready,
You can blink your eyes open,
Give your body a stretch and begin your day.
