Cutting Energetic Cords

Call upon your Spirit Guides to help you heal, let go and cut etheric cords that are no longer serving your higher purpose. The second part helps you release and cut cords to a person, using the energy of love in your heart. It is important that you be fully aware of the power of cutting cords. It is not recommended to cut family cords, however, it may be necessary if the family member is toxic.

Dear Spirit Guides, I call upon you to help me heal, Let go and cut any etheric cords that are no longer serving my higher purpose. I ask that all cords attached to me that are not aligned with love, Light and positive intention be released. Help me to release them and surround me with healing light to protect me from future attacks. Now take a moment to recall a time when you held a beloved being in your arms. This being is an infant or a pet. And allow the love to build in your heart. Now picture the person that you want to cut cords with standing in front of you. And just imagine them coming into your heart energy field. And as you look them in the eyes, Say to them, I release you with a full heart, With love for the place you once held in my heart. May you be happy in the life you have chosen. I will now take back all the energy that has been taken from me or that I have given away. And I return all that energy that I still hold from you. May I be free from the ties that bind us. May all cords be cut. I release you.
