Welcome.
Take a moment right now to just be with the emotion that you're feeling.
Whether it's panic,
Anger,
Fear,
Grief,
Sympathy,
Sadness,
Anxious.
Just feel it.
Know that underlying each emotion that you feel is a longing in our hearts to feel love.
To be love.
Trauma,
Negative thoughts,
And false beliefs are some of the things that make us forget the love that we are,
And our shadows emerge.
Our shadows are those parts of us that we deny,
Yet they are here to teach us,
To remind us to return to love.
Our shadows are the darkness.
Our true self is the light.
You cannot know you are light unless you've experienced darkness.
You cannot know you are love unless you've experienced that which is not love.
So let's take this time now to learn to embrace all sides of us in a meditation that you can repeat as many times as you like whenever the darkness of the shadow emerges to teach you to return to the light of love,
Your soul,
Your true self.
Close your eyes.
Make yourself comfortable.
Focus on the divine spark,
The love in your heart.
Slow down the breath.
Feel the breath.
Feel cool air passing over the tip of your nose as you inhale,
And feel the warm air pass over the tip of your nose as you exhale.
Inhaling,
Feeling the cool breath passing over the tip of your nose,
And as you exhale,
Feel the warmth passing over the tip of your nose.
Stay with this breath and feel the coolness and the warmth.
And now as you inhale,
Feel the breath coming in through the top of your head all the way into your heart,
And as you exhale,
Feel the energy moving down your legs,
Your feet,
And into the earth.
Inhale from the earth,
Draw an energy up the legs into the heart,
And as you exhale,
Allow that energy to reach out through the top of your head,
Inhaling through the top of the head to the heart,
And exhaling from the heart through the legs,
The feet,
Grounding you into the earth.
Inhaling the earth's energy up through the feet all the way into your heart,
And as you exhale,
Feel that energy exiting out through the top of your head,
Inhaling a pure white light in through the top of your head into your heart,
And exhale down the legs,
The feet,
Into the earth.
Inhale from the earth all the way up into the heart,
And exhale out through the top of the head,
Inhaling white light in through the top of the head all the way into the heart,
And exhaling,
Grounding you down through the feet into the earth.
You can feel the inhale and the exhale grounding you.
Bring your awareness to your heart,
And imagine a happy time,
A memory of a person,
A place,
Or a thing that brings you joy.
Feel how that happiness resides here in your heart,
And smile.
Let that feeling of love and joy build inside your heart.
Now ask yourself,
What shadow,
What emotion,
What darkness is covering my heart?
Let that emotion come to you.
See it in a word.
Is it anger?
Is it fear?
Is it grief?
Is it panic?
Now smile into your heart,
With your heart,
And connect with that joyous feeling once again.
See the shadow in front of you.
Tell the shadow that you love it for showing up today,
For teaching you to return to the love that is in your heart.
Then repeat,
I love myself when I'm feeling.
I love myself when I'm feeling.
I love myself when I'm feeling.
I love myself when this emotion shows up to teach me to return to love.
Continue to tell this emotion,
You love it for showing up.
You love it when you feel it.
I love myself when I'm feeling.
I love myself when I'm feeling.
I love myself when I'm feeling.
Now take a deep breath in,
Look down at your heart space,
And refocus on the joy that resides there.
Take your eyes,
Your inward gaze,
And focus on the space between your eyebrows,
Your third eye center.
See the shadow,
See that emotion,
And say to it,
I forgive you.
I forgive anyone or anything that triggers this feeling.
I forgive you.
I forgive anyone or anything that triggers this feeling inside of me.
I forgive anyone or anything that triggers this feeling of,
State the emotion,
Inside of me.
I forgive anyone or anything that triggers this feeling in me.
I forgive.
I forgive.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold the breath,
And exhale.
Take your gaze now down to your heart.
Breathe in deeply.
Exhale completely.
Find the joy and the love here in your heart again,
And with each inhalation,
Let it grow.
Grow that love and joy within your heart.
And now invite that shadow,
That emotion that you're feeling into your heart,
And say,
I ask spirit to release with love and light this emotion.
Release it from my field of energy here and now.
Take a breath in,
Breathe out,
And imagine yourself now free of this emotion's energetic charge.
You are free.
I am free.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Suspend your breath,
Hold,
And exhale all the air out.
Look down at your energetic heart and feel all the love,
All the light,
All the goodness and joy that resides here in your heart.
Allow a smile to come to your face as you inhale.
Send that love,
That light to every part of your body,
And when you exhale,
Relax into the love and the light that is you.
Now imagine yourself going through the rest of your day in happiness,
In joy,
With love,
And with light.
