One pointed focus is a practice that helps guide your attention back to one-point, be that a word, phrase, or image that is internal. Simonette describes how we can turn our attention away from the negative, anxious worries, and focus on more positive life affirming self talk. You will have five minutes to practice for yourself and Sim's voice will let you know when it is time to return from your practice. This is a great introduction to mindfulness meditation for the new meditator.
