A photographic material I will not move the Welcome to you both.
This practice is for both of you and it's called infinity breathing.
Giving and receiving like the gentle waves,
Giving to the land,
Receiving back into the ocean.
Breathing in life,
Oxygen and breathing away any tensions or worries.
Giving and receiving loving touch,
Loving presence through the eyes,
Fingertips,
The fragrance,
Gratitude and bringing this into your present relationship.
Who is sitting with you?
Who are you embracing?
This is a morning meditation practice.
Before you get up for your day,
Embrace each other comfortably.
You hold each other in a loving embrace,
Breathing in a circular manner.
Your partner breathes out and you breath in.
You breath out and your partner breathes in,
Slowly,
Comfortably.
And then you bring your attention to circulating the energy from your chakra points.
From the base chakra,
Sacral chakra through to the heart and then to the crown chakra.
Infinity breathing.
In this practice,
I will be guiding you and suggesting that you trust your body's wisdom.
That your body is exquisitely designed.
All you need to do is to trust.
Trust that you are loved and connected.
You can remain present to receive this pleasure.
You can know that you have connection and wholeness with all that is.
You have discovered a way to allow for that infinite ocean of love to embrace you in her loving arms.
With each breath in that rhythm,
You are receiving her loving embraces and you can soften into receiving your beloved.
Are you ready now to be fully present?
Are you ready to gift your presence?
So entwining your bodies now,
Comfortably resting,
Allowing for the rhythm and the pace of your breathing.
You might close your eyes or look into each other's eyes.
I would like you to imagine that you can bring your attention to the base of your spine.
As you focus in there,
You are bringing that loving attention to your body.
Then you bring your attention up to the sacral,
Which is the pleasure center.
Then you bring your attention to the heart,
Connecting with the love,
Connecting with acceptance.
Then you bring your attention all the way up to the crown,
Opening up,
That connects you to each other,
Connects you to that collective loving space that's unlimited potential.
Then I would like you to imagine that you can form that attention as a circle.
So the circle of energy rising up through your body and out through the crown chakra encircles you both.
Just be with that,
Practice that for a few moments.
Bringing your attention back down to the base of your spine,
Drawing that up through the body,
Right up through to the crown,
Coming outwards and in front of you,
Circulating back again to the base.
And so you're activating,
Connecting with the pleasure,
With the love,
And with that unconditional love.
And so once you get the hang of that,
Now I'd like you to alternate the breathing.
And so your partner,
As your partner exhales,
You inhale their breath.
Just gently getting into that rhythm and pace.
Taking your time,
Building that energy between you,
That infinity breathing.
Practicing bringing in from the base of the spine all the way up through,
Circulating with your attention and also circulating with your breathing.
Practicing that together for the next two minutes.
Wow,
You've come so far already.
Imagine how many more wonderful moments you can co-create.
Practice regularly your morning meditation of infinity breathing.
And I know you will embrace all those opportunities together to enjoy your body inside and out.

Your home filled with exquisite treats and delights.
Enjoy your body senses,
Touch,
Taste,
Texture.
Time to savor exquisite flavors of your love.
Touching love and radiating your true colors.
