Bringing your attention to where the jaw,
Meets the ears and seeing if you can relax your earlobes,
A gentle smile,
Bringing your attention to your neck,
Softening,
Relaxing,
Gradually moving your attention into your shoulders,
Letting them just drop a little bit more,
Resting comfortably.
That's good.
Bringing your attention to your arms,
Resting into your hands,
Resting in your lap.
Focusing in on your back,
Feeling your back relaxed,
The muscles around the back of your shoulders,
Just relaxing,
Letting go.
Breathing into the area of your stomach and as you exhale,
Just letting the muscles relax in your stomach.
Yes.
As you move your attention into your lower back,
Resting your attention there,
Allowing it,
Getting that sense of it,
Opening,
Broadening,
Softening.
Now moving your attention into the hips as you rest there,
Allowing the hips to open,
Sense of the muscles relaxing,
Supporting you well.
It's a gentle relaxation.
Each time you exhale,
The body relaxes a little bit more deeply,
Comfortably.
Now moving your attention into your legs,
Allowing for the muscles in your legs to soften and relax,
So your feet,
Focusing in,
Soles of your feet.
Bringing your attention to the toes,
The toes comfortable and relaxed.
And then again,
Bringing your attention right back up to the top of your head and just giving a nice gentle scan of relaxation all the way through from the top of your head,
All the way through down your spine,
Your hips right down your legs into the soles of your feet.
Bring your attention back to your breathing.
Enjoying that relaxed,
Comfortable feeling in your body.
Letting go,
Allowing yourself some time to relax your body.
Now opening your eyes,
Having a bit of a stretch and enjoying that feeling of relaxation in your body.
