My name is Siminet Vaja and I'll be guiding you into the most beautiful and peaceful sleep.
Firstly,
I'll be getting you to focus in on your body,
Relaxing your body and positioning yourself comfortably in your bed.
Then,
You'll be listening to my voice and I'll be guiding you to find your own beautiful and tranquil place.
And so,
My voice will be guiding you each step of the way and you'll find that you'll just slip in easily and comfortably into a very deep and sound sleep.
And so,
You use my voice and the music just to guide you with that process of entering into your sleep.
And at other times,
You might find that you drift off very quickly and easily.
And so,
You can notice how it is for you.
So firstly,
I'll be guiding you to relax your body,
To get comfortable in your bed.
And then,
You'll be focusing in on your imagery of a very soothing and calming scene.
To begin with,
Focus in on your body,
Positioning yourself comfortably.
And I'd like you just to quickly scan through your body from the top part of your head all the way down through to your feet.
And you're just noticing any parts of your body that may be feeling uncomfortable or a bit tense.
So,
Scanning through.
And now,
I'd like you to take in a nice deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Just allowing your body to relax softly and comfortably.
So,
Taking in another deep breath,
Filling the area of your abdomen.
And then,
As you exhale,
Allowing your body to comfortably rest back into the bed.
And then,
I'd like you just to focus in on the area of your chest.
And be aware of the gentle rise and fall of your breathing.
So,
Just allowing your breathing to fall to its own natural rhythm.
Gently focusing on your breathing and enjoying the ambient music.
Finding it easy just to focus on the breath.
A gentle rise and fall.
And it's as if with each breath,
You're breathing in a sense of calmness.
And as you exhale,
Slipping comfortably and deeply into the bed.
Feeling well supported and comfortable.
And now,
Again,
Scanning your body from the top part of your head.
Scanning through,
Allowing the muscles in your shoulders to soften.
Scanning through your back,
Gently.
Muscles softening and relaxing.
And moving your attention all the way through to your feet.
Making sure that you're feeling really comfortable.
Breathing easily and comfortably.
And you might notice that as we move along in this meditation,
That sometimes it's easy to focus on my voice.
And at other times,
You'll find yourself listening to the music.
Moving from my voice into your own thoughts and images.
And so again,
Focusing in on the area of your chest,
A nice warm and comfortable feeling.
And now I'd like you to listen to my voice as I guide you into a very beautiful and peaceful scene.
And you might like to get a sense of moving along a very beautiful pathway.
And it might be a pathway that you've moved along before,
Or it could be somewhere completely different,
Somewhere new.
But get a sense of that pathway that connects to a very beautiful scene.
And so I'd like you to allow yourself to get that sense now of moving easily and comfortably.
Being aware of your own images and thoughts.
Peaceful and tranquil.
And the music is soothing.
And you might wonder what your dream landscape will be like.
And so as you make your way along your pathway,
You can notice the different colours and textures.
And notice the images that come to your mind.
Peaceful and calm.
And it's as if you're moving away from all those everyday activities.
And stepping into a quietness,
A stillness,
That allows you to surrender into a very beautiful and deep sleep.
And feeling comfortable and relaxed.
Your body is resting well.
And you're allowing for a very peaceful feeling to envelop you.
And you can look forward to waking up in the morning feeling refreshed and ready for the day.
And so there's a sense of surrendering into a very peaceful journey that leads you to a very deep and comfortable sleep.
So moving towards a very peaceful place.
And so you're moving along your pathway.
Finding it easier and easier to focus within.
Heading towards a very beautiful place.
And so moving easily and comfortably.
And your body is relaxing as you make your way now towards a very tranquil and beautiful scene.
Noticing the different colours and textures.
Becoming more and more absorbed in your journey.
Aware of a calmness.
Soothing feeling.
And allowing yourself some time to enjoy the beauty of your scene.
To enjoy the different colours.
A gentle feeling in this place of yours.
You might find there's an area where you can rest and take in the view.
And you notice that there is everything there.
Everything that you need.
And you can relax into that.
And allowing the music to continue to soothe and calm you.
And what are the images that come to your mind that remind you of tranquility?
Serenity.
Experiencing a deeper sleep.
A beautiful tranquil sleep.
And so you can allow for those very peaceful and calming images to come to your mind as you drift easily and comfortably.
Sometimes noticing my voice.
Other times focusing on the music.
Drifting comfortably and easily into a very deep and quiet place within yourself.
