Good morning.

Take a breath in and a soft gentle breath out.

Take a breath in,

Draw in the morning air and take a sigh out.

Any rays you do sleep,

Dreams or sensations or feelings.

Take a breath in,

Drawing this new energy to start your day,

The freshness.

Draw it in and take a breath out.

Hear the birds in the sky above you.

Take yourself to a beautiful forest setting.

See the blue sky above you with the sun just shining in,

Dappling through the trees.

Feel the warmth of the day.

See the dew on the leaves of the plants and the trees.

Feel the air on your skin.

Feel the support of the earth beneath you,

The softness of the ground.

Feel the awakeness around you.

Everything is coming back to life this morning.

The birds singing,

Telling stories.

The sun shining,

Welcoming you into the day.

And earth waking up,

Showing you her beauty.

Absorb it.

Absorb it with your eyes,

Your senses.

Wake up your senses.

Feel the forest.

See the forest.

Smell the forest.

Smell this beautiful day.

Feel the day.

Feel yourself waking up like the earth,

Like nature around you with this sense of wonder,

This sense of joy and the sense of curiosity of how your day is going to unfold.

Feel the beautifulness of this day.

This fresh start,

Fresh sensations,

The new thoughts,

The newness,

The freshness,

The aliveness.

Be that.

Be that.

Beautiful practice. I enjoyed the birds in the background, though a tiny bit too loud for me. This was a wonderful way to begin the day ahead. The only actual suggestion I might make - and as a former audio engineer, this might be more unique to my sensibilities than others - is that I don't think it really needed a closing bell. The practice itself lent a clear end point by the birds fading out. The chime/bell used, however, was jarring to me as the frequency was not at all harmonious with the deeper, richer sounds of your voice and the birds. I actually startled into alertness when I heard it, as it sounded to me very much like the beginning of a building crest of feedback coming from speaker systems - and in the sound reinforcement world, feedback is NOT the gift is it to us in the mental health field. 😊 I'd respectfully suggest removing the tone altogether, or swap it one for one in a lower tuning frequency, perhaps a deeper singing bowl. That is only one tiny slice at the end of this gorgeous practice, though. I will return to this track often, I think. I grew up in a forested area and now live in a more open country environment when usually the only birds I hear are owls, crows, and hawks. It's soul-soothing to hear songbirds again. Thank you for reminding me of the gift of fresh morning air and encouraging the exchange of this fresh new air with the air lingering from the night's slumbers. Thank you for sharing your insights with us here. I see you and the light within you. Be well. 🤲🏻❤️🤲🏻

This is so lovely to wake up to! I love the sounds and your voice motivated me to be curious and excited about the day. ❤️ I would enjoy more morning recordings like this to start my day in the right way. Thank you, as always. 🥰 xx
