Do not worry that you have woke.

Do not worry sleep has had a break.

It's okay.

You are okay.

In sleep we have what's known as the dolphin effect.

Where we dive deep and resurface several times.

Right now you are resurfacing.

Coming out of the ocean of dreams and of risen back ups.

To take a breath.

So take a full,

Rich breath.

And enjoy the moment of still that is around you.

Soak it in and be okay with being in this moment.

Embrace it.

Embrace the quietness of your breath.

Embrace the calmness of your breath.

Embrace the quiet.

Embrace the peace.

Embrace the time.

Be here,

Right now,

In this very moment.

Soon you will be back to sleep.

But for now just focus on this present moment.

Focus on your breath.

Focus on your breath.

Feel the rise and fall of your belly.

Feel the softness of your breath.

Be aware of your nostrils.

And feel the air come in and out.

Noticing the sensation.

Noticing the temperature.

Notice your inhalation.

Start to count the inhalation.

How long is your in-breath?

At a comfortable,

Steady,

Easy pace.

And feel the air come in and out.

And feel the air come in and out.

Easy pace.

Take a moment to find that rhythm.

Now let's connect to your exhalation.

Again with a steady and easy breath.

Start to count.

How long you exhale for.

At a steady,

Easy rhythm.

So start to count the inhalation.

And the exhalation.

Keeping to that steady,

Rhythmic breathing.

Add in the natural pause.

That comes at the end of your exhalation.

And the end of your inhalation.

And keep that going.

Keep that as your focus.

Just keep the inhalation the same count.

And your exhalation the same count.

So stay here right now with that focus and flow.

Stay in your rhythm.

Easy,

Gently and steady.

And every time your mind wanders,

Just notice.

Be aware you have drifted away.

And just gently come back to counting your breath.

Ride with its rhythm.

And surf the breath with ease.

Your body will soon start to feel settled.

Feel safe and soothed.

Putting you back into a place ready for sleep.

It's all okay.

Just relax and relax with this.

Your body knows exactly what to do.

Focus.

Being aware of this present moment.

Accepting what is.

Taking the time you have in this stillness,

This quietness to just reconnect to your breath.

And the wonder of your natural rhythm.

Finding ease in your mind and your body.

Finding peace in your mind and your body.

Finding your rhythm.

And settling your thoughts.

Feel the weight of your body as you relax deeper.

Letting go of all the narratives and tensions that you have told yourself in this moment.

Just let them go.

Feel the weight of your body and surf your breath with ease.

Soft.

Peace.

Drifting back to sleep easily and peacefully.

Allowing everything to flow.

That actually did really help me, I was in a high anxiety state and I did become very relaxed and was able to get some real sleep. Thank you so much. Your voice is amazingly calming. The music was extremely helpful somehow.

Thank you for a wonderful meditation, the 'talk down' is soothing and the music is soft enough to not become intrusive and disruptive once I fell asleep again
