Come to lying.
Wiggle about and get comfortable until you find that just right feeling in your body.
Settle yourself down.
Allow the back of your body to rest heavy down into the ground.
Let the bones feel heavy.
Feel the weight of the sacrum,
The weight of your pelvis.
Feel the weight of your ribs.
Feel the weight of your head.
Let the eyes soften into the back of the sockets.
Let the jaw relax.
Allow the tongue to be soft.
Allow the throat to be soft.
And soften the tissues of your forehead.
Allow the skin to soften.
Allow the chest to soften.
The shoulders.
The front of the arms.
The inside of your elbows.
Your forearms.
The palms of your hands.
Your thumb and each finger.
And feel the space in the webbing of the fingers.
Soften,
Release,
Let go.
Feel the heart soften and nestle into the pillows of your lungs.
And feel the lungs be cradled by the rib cage at the back.
Like a giant hammock for your lungs and your heart.
Soften,
Release,
Let go.
Watch the breath.
Notice the breath as it enters your body.
Observing.
Just watching.
Keep your breath easy.
And just observe the inhalation and the exhalation.
Steady and easy.
Relax and let go.
Allow the back body to receive your front body.
Allow your front body to be received.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go.
Steady and easy.
Relax and let go.
Soften the lips.
Soften your eyes,
Soften your throat.
Soften your belly.
Relax your hips.
Let go.
Let the back body receive the front body.
Let the front body be received.
Let go.
Let the legs be soft.
The knees.
The calves.
The ankles and the soles of your feet.
Relax the toes and the spaces in between the toes.
The whole legs,
Both feet.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go.
Let yourself feel supported,
Nourished and held.
Stay in this moment of silence.
Just listen.
Listening to your internal landscape.
No judgement.
No attachment.
Steady,
Easy.
I'll watch the time.
I'll watch the time.
I'll watch the time.
I'll watch the time.
I'll watch the time.
I'll watch the time.
I'll watch the time.
I'll watch the time.
I'll watch the time.
Gently start to bring your awareness back.
Just turn onto your side,
Support your head.
Move slowly.
Start to open your eyes.
Just take your awareness to what's around you,
The sounds,
The colours,
What you see.
But with just a very soft gaze.
And when you feel ready,
Bring yourself up to sitting,
Letting the head be the last to come up.
Place your hands on your heart.
Give gratitude to your practice.
Thank you for joining me.
Namaste.
